Location of accommodation was perfect - close to Bohemian Paradise and very nice quiet area. Room was fully furnished and clean. The owner was kind.

Pretty comfy beds, all you need in the kitchen.

The House is located very central within the Bohemian Paradise, Cesky raj to reach the hiking spots and close enough to the main road to drive to the towns of Jicin, Hradec Kralove, Mlada Boleslav and even Prague. The area is very quiet, but no shops in the vicinity. The rooms were renovated, heating is working. The price is unbeatable. This is the best option when you are a couple, who prefer to eat in restaurants, which is completely affordable in the Czech republic.

As a family of four, we only had two rooms + small bath. To accommodate a double bunk bed into the living room = kitchen is quite a minus. The space is enough for 2 people but not for 4 (30 sqm). Obviously, it was the aim to cram as many holiday flats in the house as possible. To merge 2 flats into one, would have been better. The walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors. We would have preferred to have an oven instead of a microwave and a regular coffee machine instead of a pad machine. The land lady speaks no German or English, but wasn't a problem.

Small and compact apartment but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The only ventilation was by opening windows and in the cold and wet weather it was not very nice.

the bunk beds for kids was of solid massive wood and very stable, I asked the owner where did they buy them, as I wanted the same, but she did not recall unfortunatelly.

The apartment was cosy and therefore great for a two night stay! The equipment that was provided was also perfect. And the local cat was very friendly.

The property is pretty much within the Czech paradise, easily accessible by car and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Owner of the place is kind and welcoming. 10/10 place for couples.

It may be a little bit hard to find as there is no big sign leading to the property, but when given directions into gps we have eventually found the place.

Internet was not working or when it worked it was extremely slow. One of the worst internet speed I have ever experienced. If you book this apartment expect that internet will not be normally working.
