room was very quiet and very clean. beds were very comfortable.

we were not informed on booking that we had been given a disabled access room, I would probably have booked elsewhere if I had known- I really did not like the wet room - it was cold ( towel heater did not work) and floor did not dry after shower. website states it is boutique hotel - which we really did not see in room one - and the price seemed expensive for what it was. only 2 breakfast tea bags supplied and 4 pods for coffee machine, no homemade snacks and port( as stated on website) There was a ‘honesty’ basket with very expensive crisps etc in, which we did not use. also room service was not available, you had to order in the bar and carry outside to your room.

The staff were fantastic. Great welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Like a breath of fresh air. Room was really good ....quirky but that is what we like. Good breakfast to set the day off. Thank you.

Parking was tight.

Beautifully decorated rooms that give it real character and very comfortable beds! A very nice experience from checking in to checking out. A great place to relax as a couple. Although they have a pub in the same building its still very nice and quiet. Parking was easy too.

The hotel recommended a local taxi firm , we used them and they charged us £10 for a mile drive … not impressed at all, the hotel had the taxis business cards on the reception desk , very annoyed

Breakfast was not served as chef off with covid… we did however get a refund after asking

The decor is fantastic - really interesting and yet very “liveable”. Takes skill to do what they have done here without making it look weird (which it definitely isn’t). Our bedroom also had the most amazing bath and all extra bits to make it comfortable (coffee, tea, fresh milk, extra pillows, proper hairdryer, really nice toiletries, etc). Staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile to make people feel at home (special shout out to Olly at reception and Megan in the restaurant). We will be staying again!

Was told on arrival, the kitchen would be shutting in two hours, poor when you have guests arriving, and booked a double room and received two single beds pushed together. Very poor.

Very quirky pub! I had a room in a tower bit with a copper bath which was enormous! Staff are lovely and very helpful! Good food and drinks at sensible prices

The staff are absolute stars and were so friendly and helpful and gave the most amazing service even at very busy times. We asked for two roast dinners to be put aside for us on Sunday evening and we’re not disappointed. When we arrived they said ‘oh you are the two pre ordered beef’ which I thought was hysterical. My husband exclaimed ‘I love these people’ which is a first! Excellent meals and excellent service. Cannot fault any of them. The room was super clean and comfortable and we were able to park right outside our room and near to reception. I absolutely loved this place.

The only thing that was annoying were children running noisily around the restaurant but when we asked to move tables to get away from them it was no problem. We were moved to the furthest away table and it didn’t spoil our evening. But I did feel sorry for others and the staff.

Lovely characterful hotel/ pub with parking next to Weybridge station. Our room was lovely as were the staff…. they couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Nespresso coffee makers in room too. Great breakfasts( with good coffee) and dinner was lovely too!! Highly recommended!
