The fact that the beach was very close and the pool was nice.

It was very warm in the corridor. There was almost everywhere pee smell: the stairs and pool area

The apartment was comfortable and located right beside thr Bat Yam beach with all its amenities. The swimming pool was very nice indeed. There was a good laundry service. The owners, Ron and Mira, were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Pool opened at 1200 and closed at 1800.

Bat Yam beach location was nice overall (except for the all-night noise during the holidays)

I had to cut the stay short as the place was very unpleasant to live in. I have found this place very disappointing and not nearly matching the expectations. The building is old and ran out, walking areas are dark and smelly, elevators weren’t working most of this week. The apartment itself is quite dilapidated. The bathroom faucet is rusty and the shower has mold. The ceiling is chipped after a leak and the paint is peeing off. The back of the closet is broken, etc. Some of the pictures are attached to this review. Overall, I expected a lot more for the price and the rating. I am leaving this negative review, just so other people wouldn’t find themselves in the same position.

Only distance to the beach is great, the apartment is located in a building that seems belonging to a hotel, thus, you are on the first line from the beach

Apartment that is not meeting description and I would not trust what is written about it - very poor quality of the apartment (worse than 2-3* hotel): ants in the apartment, no proper bathroom (just additionally made imitation of such), view on construction, apartment is not renovated and you literally see scratches and paint falling off the ceiling, it is extremely small too. Unreasonable price bringing this apartment to a well serviced one in Tel Aviv when comparing the final charge, so not worth it 100%. Part of the building belongs to the hotel, hence, you have to struggle with getting access cards to amenities working since you are not part of the hotel, but some privatised area of the building. The building itself is more like a hostel or an abandoned hotel from last century that has never been looked after. Amenities are old and you'd not enjoy using those.

The location. The beach was infront of the Apartment, it was near Tel Aviv center, and Ben Gurion Airport. Travelled with a rented car from Northern Galilee region to the South(Be‘er Sheba, Mitzpe Ramon, Eilat), to Jerusalem, and Bethlehem (Public Bus), Masada, Dead Sea. We had our base at the Apartment in Bat Yam by Tel Aviv. A Home away from Home. Parking lot was no problem. Mira was very helpful. She was always there per SMS.

The weather was still cold.

The apartment was really cozy and nice with all the accessible ammendities. Beach next to the building, food in close vicinity. The owner was so helpful for us during our stay, especially when it was needed. Everything was perfect. And we hope, together with the family to go there one more time in next years.
