This is a beautiful condo in a quiet setting. We were two couples, who enjoy walking on the beach, cooking and relaxing. This condo more than met all our needs. We will be booking this condo again.

Condo was really nice and updated, came with linens and plenty of towels. The Condo Complex was really nice and well maintained, the parking lot was large enough that there was no problem parking, there is a nice outdoor playground for the kids along with a basketball court, corn hole, outdoor bowling game and a outdoor grilling area with plenty of seating. Also the pool is nice and clean and the beach is amazing. We loved our stay at Topsail!

The view is spectacular!! The condo was very clean.The decor is very simplistic and organized. Owners were very responsive and interactive.
We have stayed at Topsail Dunes about 4 times. This was the best visit so far! The condo is very convenient to the ramp, the elevator, the pool, and the ocean.

We loved the location and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Very convenient indeed. Unfortunately it rained a lot but we enjoyed sitting on the deck reading.

The condo was very roomy and decorated in a simple beach decor. We liked that there was so much room for our gear! There were no beach chairs with the condo but we didn't need any....it was windy and we are more beach walkers than individuals who lay or sit on the beach. A favorite thing.....collecting lots of moonstones!

This was a short weekend trip with a best friend. I’ve been to places and then things are not as they are pictured. Not at this place. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. No complaints. The owner is quick to respond if you have a question or concern. Quiet location but close enough to restaurants and shops. I will definitely be returning.

Really impressed by the cleanliness of the condo. We were especially surprised by the number of convenient household products left for our use. Would definitely choose this condo again!

Great place to stay at the beach. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is taking less than 1 minute. Nothing can beat that. On the another note, the living room needs a new couch set and mattresses were a bit too firm but it’s difficult to accommodate everyone’s preferences. Still, we would and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Will use this property again
Nice decorations and plenty of room. It was very nice to have soap, paper towels and toilet paper left for us. We where able to wait until later that night before making our grocery run.

Beautiful inside and out
Everything was perfect! The condo was exactly as pictured and the beach was as well. We loved how peaceful the area was with low traffic. Our host made the stay so simple with a whole binder full of suggestions for the area. We will definitely go back. Thank you!

Very nice place. We had condo on the first floor. Ramp makes it handicap accessible. Loved the back balcony. Could sit out and eat and listen to the ocean. Beach is just minutes walk. Everything you need is a available to have an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful girls weekend
My two best friends and I had a lovely weekend together in this condo. The owner Wendi provided clear and helpful instructions on the check in and check out process. The unit was nice with a great view, only a short walk to the beach, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was a bit too firm for two of us, but not terrible. The only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness instead of 5 was because we spilled water on the floor and when we wiped it up, dirt came up on the rag too, but overall we were happy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Such a close walk to the beach and the area is pretty quiet so me and my father had a fabulous day. Inside the condo most of it has been remodeled except for the bathroom and it was bright and cheerful. Fabulous place to stay

First time to visit Topsail Beach. Very nice, quiet, relaxing. Proximity to beach was convenient. Shops and restaurants were close enough but not too close to the quiet beach area.

Wonderful stay. Great place. Access to the beach was limited due to rebuilding the dunes. We saw dolphins ever day right from the balcony. Great place in a great location. Better blinds in the master bedroom would be a plus, as the lights from the pool shine in and makes the room pretty light at night.

2021 Topsail Island trio
Condo we stayed in was great. Looked newly renovated. We had no trouble. My sister is in power wheelchair and moved freely about the condo...of course with much caution. Right on beach and loved hearing waves crashing at night.
Wendi had most everything we needed for our visit. THANKS!!!!!
