Really great location with a nice view. The living rooms is beautiful with many small nice things. Apartments cozy and even better than on photos. Near you can find restaurants and boast and kayaks

Lovely, spacious living room with wonderful view over the river and mountains. Perfect location for boat trips on Lake Skadar.

Bed linen and towels were clean but very worn and threadbare. The kitchen was quite limited with a single induction hob to fit one pan. Upgrading the bed sheets would make a big difference.

Beautiful apartment with nice view onto the little harbor. Perfect location and very friendly and helpful owner. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Virpazar.

Well, the bed sheets are not completely clean, I suspect.. Other than that it’s pretty clean though..

The Apartment was extremely clean like it was just freshly built. The equipment was more than enough so that you did not miss anything to spend a great evening in the apartment. On top of that the balcony is big enough and face straight the little „harbor“ of virpazar

we asked the owner for some washing product to use the washing machine and we did not get any reply back after being told that he is bringing us the stuff.

The view of the lake from the house was very beautiful. the house was simply but nicely furnished. The owner was very hospitable, communicative and ready to help with anything we asked.

10/10. Can't add anything. The apartment is beautiful, I didn't expect it. The hosts are very welcoming. Wi-fi is good, there's a TV in the apartment with chrome cast (youtube) and Netflix.

The location is superb. The host is nice. We hired his boat for Lake Skadar and the trip was good. Please don't expect much on the bird watching front but the place is fantastic. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated An old gentleman received us, who may be the father of the host, was very kind and even tried to help us with our luggage.

The kettle had some powder-like substance. Though we washed it, it was still there. The Washing Machine is there but the powder was missing. However, apart from these issues, the place was fantastic

This place is magic. That's what people need to recharge your batteries. Everything is perfect, and probably better than at home.

We couldn't get the shower to be properly hot, we might have missed a hot water switch but we didn't meet Zoran until we left so we didn't know where this was.

The property was amazing, it is very stylish and nicely decorated, equipped and furnished. Location is just perfect, right on the river side and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. In addition, I would like to mention that Zoran is very cool host, very bright personality, very helpful, so friendly. He also offers the boat tours to the Skadar Lake with his own boat.

Fantastic location with parking off the street but right beside the apartment which is on the first level up the set of outside stairs. Lovely big balcony over the water to sit and soak up the sun or people watch. Maybe 200 metres away are all the restaurants and bars - a lovely short stroll over the wee bridge. Lovely big apartment, with kitchen and full size fridge, washing machine and aircon works well. Zoran was an amazing host , made dinner booking for us at the lovely boat restaurant which gave us 10% off as well. Zoran also took us out on one of his boats out to Skadar Lake early in the morning which is a MUST DO. We originally opted for an hour on the boat but taking about 10 plus minutes to get to the Lake from Virpazar meant we had little time on the Skadar lake to see much so quickly decided to go for the 2 hour trip which was well worth it. Cost Euro 30/per hour. Can be chilly in the early morning hours (July) but not for long. Thank you for being a wonderful host Zoran. Highly recommend your place and your cruise.

Just a small note - towels could be nicer and something to dry the dishes with would be great. Some plug sockets a little loose but an easy fix. Some hangers for clothes would be nice for longer stays than 1 or 2 nights. Wished we could’ve stayed longer - great spot.

It has a great interior with AC. The view from the balcony is amazing and there are many great restaurants walking distance from the apartment. Zoran is a great host and allows for early boat rides when all the various birds are present. Would highly recommend for anyone that enjoys nature.

The apartment is so beautiful, we sat and watched the sunset on the balcony listening to the frogs. Zoran is so helpful and can take you for trips on the lake. There's parking just outside too. Such great value for money.

We had a lovely time at the apartment. Unfortunately very short as we only stayed one night. The photos don't do the property justice. The view is exceptional. The host, Zoran, was very friendly and we organised a boat trip with him while we were there. Location is right on the river and a 2 minute walk from restaurants. I would recommend this place.

Extremely stylish apartment. Absolutely loved it. This was our favourite accomodation in Montenegro. Stunning view from the large lounge window. Skadar lake is a fantastic location for nature and scenery. Zoran was great. He showed us around and left us to it. Offered us help if we needed it however. Not at all intrusive Without hesitation we would choose to stay here again .
