The staff were lovely. The hotel is very relaxed just what you want on holiday. We travelled as a group of girls to Kavos and found similar people in our hotel. The staff were always around to help with anything we needed. Pool area is perfect, never too busy but still a nice atmosphere. Location is easily one of the best in Kavos for a night out. Under 5 minutes to get to the Kavos strip. We had a great stay!

Not much to complain about really, but we were only given 1 key and as there was seven of us that sometimes made it a little difficult with coming home at different times.

not the cleanest, pool was mearky and bathrooms. beds had fresh sheets though. compared to kavos in general kalypso was the cleanest place.

We had a leaking sink and no hot water initially but the staff were quick to attended.

Very new spacious and comfortable appartment. Very clean, comfy beds, all is fresh and new and tastefully designed. We had a couch which was very comfortable after a day of walking. We were a day late due to a ferry strike and the lady who runs the place moved our reservation without a probleem. We just stayed one night and booked the cheapest room but she upgraded us to a newer appartement. Those are gorgeous! The appartments are a bit at the end of town which means they are at a much quiter location. All is nearby though and the people are very helpfull and friendly.

Best price deal on the island ! I was looking for a great budget deal and found it right here. For 20 € I got a nice quiet room , good working shower, a cute little good working kitchen, a smile at the friendly reception, free parking, safe locker for values in the room , garden with nice swimming pool and sunbeds, in a quiet street just minutes to walk from the party area with shops . and free wifi ! I felt lucky to find it , while other hotels ask a double price for a similar room. 20€ is a great price here for all what you get. Clean bed and all professional maintained. I slept like a rose, I recommend it.

The resort is great with an amazing pool that is placed near the bar allowing to easily get a cocktail and enjoy the sun. the apartment was very big and clean. the staff is super friendly always here to help you. I strongly recommend this place for a journey between either friends or family.

Good location, close to center but far enough to make it a quiet place. The staff was kind and helpful. The garden is nice and clean.

Some of the rooms features mentioned in the description where not there: toiletries, wardrobe or closet (we had only some wood bars with 1 hanger), soundproofing (noisy neighbours were just as clear with the balcony door closed or open ), air purifiers. There was no kitchenette, only a water boiler and fridge. A mosquito net would have been very useful at the bathroom window and at the balcony door. The shower was annoying as it was very very small with low water pressure, no possibility to hang it on the wall and very slow drain.

Everyone from the Kalypso Studios staff was really kind and helpful. Whenever we asked for anything like some kitchen equipment or an extra blanket, they kindly brought us what we needed. There was a very nice atmosphere in the resort, grass, plants and trees casting a pleasant shadow. The swimming pool was also a great place for our kids to enjoy when it was too hot for us to go to the beach. The resort is also just enough far from the main street, so we didn't hear the loud music from the main street bars.

First of all, we were delayed quite badly on the way there and the man waiting for us to check in stayed over for an additional 3 hours after his finish time for us, amazing effort and can't thank them enough for that! The location was nice for us, nearby Kavos is quite the party town and this is set back from it all a little so its very peaceful at night, but only a stone's throw from countless pubs, clubs, restaurants and stores. Air con, small personal balcony, comfortable bed, relatively simple accommodation, which is fine because it's priced to suit and it's all clean and tidy, it's exactly what we like. It's a good base of operations to start and finish your day in. They have a small family pool which seems well maintained and is great for cooling off or having a leisurely swim, around 15 sunbeds etc around the pool and a small pool bar, which serves a good selection of drinks including quite a nice local beer. All staff spoke English, which is helpful because my Greek is about as good as my nuclear physics... Staff were always keen to help and made things right quickly if something wasn't quite right (Eg. Our kettle was leaking, so they immediately swapped it out with a new one)

It was hard to tell when reception was open, there was a couple of times when we wanted to speak to someone but couldn't find anyone. I think an electric bell or something might help? I can't criticise the facilities too much because it was reasonably priced and I couldn't say that there was anything missing as such, shower was a bit annoying, curtain either stuck to you or went too far out and soaked the bathroom floor, but these are piddly little things only, overall I actually really liked the place.

Staff was nice

Smelly room ( smell of waste water), uncomfortable bed, a lumpy pillow,ants in the room . Water in the toilet does not stop running. A fridge makes the sounds of a symphony .

Attention: the Kalypso studio Resorts might be wonderful. I booked 5 nights but only three of them they let us stay even close to Kalypso. They called it "annexed building" but it was not at all.annexed. However: The three nights spent at the actual Kalypsp were alright especially since the place was calm in an otherwise noisy party area and the pool was great BUT...

At first they booked me into what they called "annex"" building which was not at all annexed to Kalypso but 1km away right next to a nightclub playing music until 3a.m UNTZ UNZT UNZT. I traveled with three kids and we had two nights of no sleep. Then I complained and we could move next to the actual Kalypso, but with the guy telling us "now I have to pay for your stay" like we should feel guilty for being scammed. There, at the new much nicer place, neighbouring the Kalypso - the internet did not work! I need wifi for my work when kids are asleep and filter my bookings for wifi and calm ( for the kids) thus: nothing worked out for us Comments said it was calm (it wasn't) it had wifi (the second place didn't) and the ratings were all about Kalypso which wasn't at all where we were placed. A scam.

Honestly we had very low expectations going in and it ended up being an extremely fun trip!

stayed in the 4 person suite, very big, clean and spacious. very nice atmosphere to kalypso and the pool was never too busy. bar at the pool which had everything you could need. Lovely staff

Charging extra for AC is a bit greedy. Could add some stuff in the kitchenette. There was no soap or sponge to wash the dishes and when we asked for it, it was extra as well...

The room was clean and modern, the pool area and bar were lovely and the staff were absolutely amazing. Value for money is incredible - would definitely stay here again.
