the dj outside was nice

I wish the staff was more friendlier. There was a language barrier and the woman told me to cancel my reservation when I already explained there would be a cancellation fee. I was still staying at be hotel and she insisted I canceled because I booked the wrong room. But I ended up using that same room and just adding another one. Her customer service was terrible. She kept saying “omg” loudly whenever I didn’t understand what she was saying. She never answered any of my questions + cutting me off. She was rude and she’s lucky I had guests with me otherwise I would of contacted her manager and complained. Wouldn’t go back

everything was spot on, the staff ie the receptionists and the waiting staff were very lovely and welcoming. the location is very safe and the hotel is close to a lot of eateries and night life spots. will definitely return.

Appliances need to be replaced. the hotel needs major renovation. It was a little disgusting in the bathroom but tired to make the best out of it. More maintenance staff on site.
