Fantastic location in the Lapad neighborhood with an incredible view over the bay. We loved sitting on the balcony with a drink and watching the sunset. Great beach just across the street, cafes, bakery, lots of restaurants in the area. The promenade nearby was lovely, too. The apartment furnishings were high end and chic. The beds were comfortable, the AC (with separate controls in each room) was effective, and the showers were the best we’d encountered in Croatia - powerful, with lots of hot water. We made use of the washer/dryer, too, though the combo machine is not the most efficient. The kitchen had everything you needed. The underground parking beneath the building was super convenient and secure, with an elevator that whisked us right up to our 3rd floor apartment. We took Vinko’s advice and took the public bus to Old Town rather than fight for parking in the city. The buses were clean and air conditioned and the bus stop was right outside the apartment building so it was easy. We only stayed two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. We really liked it here.

Very spacious and stylish apartment , 3 bedroom, 3rd floor corner apartment, STUNNING sea views, evenings on the big terrace viewing the sunset are amazing! The apartment is very clean and new, has everyting you need! 3 min to the beach , 15 min by bus to the Old Town ( bus stop just below the apartment building) . Supermarket 2 min from the Block, Bakery , restaurants, all nearby. We stayed 3 nights with our 4 teenager kids and absolutly loved it. Don’t think , just book! Really worth its money!!!!!

This apartment was the best we stayed in while travelling around Croatia. It was very spacious, huge in fact. It was immaculately clean and very modern. The AC worked in all the rooms. The view from the apartment was stunning. Seldom I ever give 10 out 10, but I have no hesitation in recommending this stunning apartment with a 10

what’s not to like about this property! The location is perfect - out of the old town, but easily reached by the number 4 bus from right outside the apartment. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, at reasonable cost, and a supermarket, cafe and bakery right within the complex. The views are to die for and you get the sunsets from this side of the city too. The property manager and support staff are just the nicest people! they couldn’t do enough for us - even organised decorating my room as a surprise for my birthday!! They’d thought of everything you may need within the property too. We, as a group, all agreed we couldn’t have found a better place and will be recommending it to everyone we know coming to the area!

With Rain at night accomondation is a Little Bit loud (Appartement under roof). Besides this, we had a very good stay with nothing else to complain 👍🏼

+ The apartment is huge, so its ideal for 4 people + It is extremely well furnished, one can live there for a long time (wish we could 😀) + I got the value for money within few minutes of arrival, after I saw the sun setting into the sea from the terrace!!! + Handover and exiting the apartment was without any problems, thanks to the great staff + Indoor parking available + Supermarket, restaurants and even cinema in the apartment complex + To reach the old town, one has to take the bus (or cab) and the bus stop is right in front of the building

Everything as expected

The location was just perfect, the easy access to the beach was very much appreciated. The beautiful view was mesmerising to wake up to! I would like to thank Vinko and Romana for being very nice throughout our whole stay and always responded when we had questions. They also helped us organise a boat trip to Elaphiti Islands and we could not enjoy it more!

There is nothing negative to say about our experience. The only thing I can point out is that our exact apartment with such a beautiful view deserved to have a balcony and I felt it was slightly missing for our morning coffee time. Also, the WiFi was excellent, it just did not reach the bedrooms.

Absolutely wonderful! Amazing apartment overlooking the bay. Antonija was incredibly helpful in organising transport from the airport which was complimentary. It was our son’s birthday whilst on holiday and she bought him a beautiful cake. Vinko was also available to support throughout our stay. They made our holiday very special in potentially difficult circumstances with Coronavirus and the possibility of quarantine looming! Highly recommended.
