La chambre avec accès piscine était formidable. La piscine est vraiment magnifique ! Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Nous avions pris seulement 2 nuits mais sommes restés 5 et tout à été fait pour que nous gardions la même chambre. Les chambres sont propres et le ménage fait chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était varié et bon. Enfin, le lit XXL est confortable !

C'est à 10 minutes de marche (sur le bord de la route) du début des activités et ça peut devenir un peu lassant. Cependant une navette est disponible à heure fixe. Le bruit à été un peu gênant. Le long couloir qui donne sur le lobby résonne beaucoup (un tapis et une porte fermée aideraient). La climatisation et le frigo étaient un peu bruyants également. La chambre était un peu à rafraîchir et c'est vraiment dommage car il ne manque que de tout petits détails pour que ce soit absolument idyllique (sur matelas à la taille du lit, peinture/déco un peu passée, calcaire dans la douche... ) mais vraiment ce ne sont que des détails !

Breakfast very basic. Room had damp smell, however it rained everyday so could of been due to this.

We absolutely loved Hula Hula! Staff was so friendly and helped with anything they could, shuttle & laundry etc. Very clean but a little dated paint and things needed touching up. They do a shuttle every 2 hours into ao nang centre, you can walk but shuttle is a lot easier!

Rooms need touching up with paint but very clean no complaints.

Superb service from all staff, treated very well on arrival. Rooms were really spacious and clean, overlooking the greenery at the back of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the free shuttle to and from the town was convenient.

Check in at the start was unnecessarily difficult, making us wait until 2pm to access our room, alongside all other guests who had arrived just a little early. It felt a little tedious and that they were making us wait for the sake of it.

I liked the pool

Checked into room, unpacked all our stuff, the Electricity went. I got handed a stool by staff and asked to go up to the box to fix it (at 1am) Got given new room as couldn’t fix electricity No bed made for third person in new room Told to make it ourselves at 1.30am Carried mattress from old room Locked out from new room key card wouldn’t work Had to wake my sick friend up to let us in Spoke to thanya (assistant manager) Offered a Suite - smaller than ours no view and only room for 2 people when we are a group of 3 Given room the exact same , had to pack up all our stuff No towels or toilet roll given and when we rang to ask they wouldn’t give us any as said housekeeping had given it but they moved us from that room! Had to go down and sign for them! Went for breakfast Thanya came in after us demanding we pay right away when we said we would pay after. Made a show of us in front of people there So unprofessional, the worst customer service I have ever experienced . Wouldn’t let a rat stay there

Room was not that good . Washroom was dirty. Washroom door had a gap after closing which wasn’t giving privacy at all…….

The buffet breakfast was pretty nice, the shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach was reliable and it was thoughtful of them to have umbrellas in our room. The staff are decently friendly, and they do try their best to assist.

There was no hot water in my shower, the water pressure was not there, the walls have not been painted in a long time, the furniture and the hotel are pretty old and rundown, a cockroach literally crept on my bed, and there were still construction materials by the pool, their gym is BAD. The gym has no air-conditioning, and it is a very run-down disgusting gym. The hotel has potential but requires proper refurbishment.

Not clean,bathroom was absolutely not clean and old. There were everywhere salamanders even in my room.

Generally nothing.

The receptionists especially tall woman was very surly and never smiling so we didn't want to ask anything and bought other company's tour outside the hotel. If you need something and had to talk with reception you need to know that communication is terrible due to their poor english and surly attitude

out of all the places I’ve stayed in Thailand this is by far the best, the team go far beyond necessary with the hotel shuttle service that takes you too the beach and the night market and come back and forth every 2 hours! HAPPY HAPPY

The pool area is lovely but that’s where it stops.

Avoid this hotel if you require anything resembling good customer service. They are rude, unhelpful and aggressive. When we arrived we were charged extra for 1 pillow. I asked as the pillows were not great and only had 1 each. The shower in the room floods the floor if you have more than 1 person shower or more than 5 minutes because the drainage is awful. Which leaves the floor slippery. And for someone who has hip mobility issues this is a serious issue. The day after we arrived had no power for ages and had several staff trying to work out what was wrong. The second day we were here room service took our dirty towels and WOULD NOT replace them. I had to go to reception to ask and they proceeded to call me a liar and refused to give us any towels at all. Housekeeping proceeded to come out to reception and have a shouting match with the receptionist in-front of me and then walked off. It was only when I started to get seriously upset did they offer me 2 towels from the pool area. Which I had to accept because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to shower. Not only this but housekeeping also wouldn't replace the toilet roll. Reception also had to give us some. on speaking to other guests they also experienced rude and disrespectful behaviour from the staff and also was struggling to get towels. If you are staying here. DON'T Bother with the breakfast as it's awful too. Poor quality food!! The rooms are massively dated and stains and marks are not even tried to be cleaned or made good. Theres a dead lizard currently still in the door frame where it was killed. God knows how long it has been there for.

The bed was rock hard, had back pains. Though, when asked to put some additional matress, it was done quickly. Breakfast had basic options, could have been a lot better.

The garden of the hotel where the pool is and outside corridor to rooms is really nice. A lot of green: flowers and trees.

Staff was polite but not friendly. You can feel that they are here just to do the job and don’t care about you. Except for one person who was really friendly and nice. Hotel is really old and needs renovation. In booking photos the room looks much better than in reality. We were dissapointed. Breakfast food was terrible. My wife did not eat basiclly anything. I ate eggs and vegetables which were ok.

Parrot at the reception was really lovely and the breakfast was Ok. Typical buffet has various of option.

First of all; contact with hotel was absolutely terrible. We try to reach them via e-mail, booking and phone for a few days with no result. Finally after many attemps they pick up the phone. Second thing- rooms were dirty. We had stains on the doors and shelves. Worst of all was the growing thing in the bathroom that was being built by little bugs-nobody from room service even clened it up. Every day the room was „cleaning” but they change only bedsheet and towel. In the photos hotel look good but in reality was slightly different.
