hotel well located not too far from city centre. nicely decorated, clean and spacious. friendly hostess. good shower.
smell of damp/drains throughout the rooms. room opened direct onto breakfast room. main bedroom very noisy above main street meaning you had to sleep with window shut. thin bedding.

This was definitely the best part of our honeymoon. We stayed in the Aurora suite which is a very luxurious and modern room/apartment (the pictures don’t do it justice). The suite is very spacious and includes everything you need including a washing machine! To top it off Ingrid (host) was amazing, communicated well, helped us navigate the city and answered all our queries. We’d like to say a big thank you to Ingrid (host) and highly recommended Map Holiday Residence! Would definitely come back!

The communication via what’s app was so helpful prior to our stay and during.
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. All the rooms were modern and to a high standard.
The staircase and corridors had a nice ambience.
The location is ideal as it is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach, 20 minute walk to the centre and 30 minute walk to the cable car to visit Erice.

The place was great - apartment was huge, bright, clean and spacious. Small kitchen was useful. Whole building was very modern and well secured. Beds were comfortable. Great to have reception (easy check in) and dialy cleaning. Ingrid was really nice and helpful. She spoke English very well so communication was easy. Paid parking on the street just infront of the building. Safe part of Trapani.
Wifi provided was via hotspot and did not worked well (falling all the time), we need to use our data. Location was little bit too far from the old town but still easy access. Located on pretty busy street - traffic. Breakfast could be included in the room rate. Overall no big issues.

The apartments & bathroom are modern & clean. Beds were comfy.
Towels are changed every 3 days, in summer one tends to sweat more so one might take more than 1 shower in a day also with the covid crises towels should be changed every day.
