Localisation à 10min de la station de métro trindade (ligne directe pour l'aéroport)

Joli appartement qui ressemble à une galerie d'art, propre et bien agencé

SDB très mignonne, petite mais suffitante, propre, serviettes fournies

L'insonorisation n'est pas top ... On entend beaucoup trop le bruit de la rue ainsi que les gens au-dessus...
La plaque de cuisson chauffe très peu alors pour cuisiner c'est pas génial....

Una excelente ubicación y un trato directo y cordial. Todo limpio y acogedor.
Estaba a pie de calle y solo tenía unas cortinas que teníamos que tener corridas en todo momento para que no nos vieran desde la calle

El apartamento era bastante amplio, estaba muy limpio y nuevo, y la decoración por parte de la dueña y escultora Rosa, le daba un aire único y con clase. Tuvo la amabilidad de quedarse nuestras maletas hasta las 19.00h!!!

The apartment was clean, and It got everything we needed.

The apartment is amazing. It's so stylish, spacious and clean. The location is great and Rosa the owner is amazing. She was incredibly nice keeping our luggage until the room was available. The apartment actually includes some of her creations which are incredible. Loved it!

Host was super warm and friendly. Excellent location. Ample space for one person or even a couple. Clean and welcoming place.
It was a bit cold, despite the heater. But was able to manage.

Homely feeling amongst the busy suburbs.Good for a short term accommodation.
Noise from renovations from nearby streets but it is understandable as Porto seems getting rejuvenated.

Apartment was very nice especially with all of the art work, in a convenient location, and bed was comfortable

Rosa is a super host. So helpful and accommodating. The apartment was cosy, clean and spacious. Also warm and dry (some ground floors aren't). It was also a real treat to see all of the artworks in the apartment. Rosa also let us use the common areas which includes a beautiful garden area. I would go back anytime, especially as it's so easy to reach from Trinada station and also by walking around in the centre.
There was a construction going on at the time we were there, but that's not the host's fault in any way.

Big and unusual space.
Kitchen with hob and mocrowave.
Garden, however a little bit abandoned.
Fast internet, immediately available hot water, good location.
The way heating works could be a little bit improved.

the apartment is not only a “sleep-and-go” thing enveloping the holiday, but an experience itself. Rosa is both professional and a pleasant company (I wouldn’t expect anything less from an artist). Every detail of the apartment is taken care of, from the informations about the stay on the table, to the furnitures. Everything you need is there, and even more.

The apartment was really comfortable and well furnished. We didn’t enjoy a lot the garden because we were only there for a few days but it is really calm and relaxing!
The bed is comfortable and the shower worked really well.
Rosa is a very nice person, discrete and really helpful. She let us leave our luggage’s at her place our last day so we had the chance to enjoy Porto until the very last minute!
The location is good and calm but already “far” from the center, between 8-15 minutes walking (a bit more when you come back as it goes up).

top location, close to Metro station Trinidade, 15 minutes walk through beautiful old town to Douro river, nice artwork items in the flat, Rosa is a very friendly and helpful host

Construction jack hammer at 8.20am every day the other side of our wall.
Construction also drilling a few doors up from our door.
Loud kid and dog running above us on wooden floors.
2euro tax pp per night payable in cash onsite, we missed this detail in App.

The host, Rosa, was lovely and the small shared garden at the rear of the property is a really nice place to sit and relax. The aparment is located just a short walk from everything so is very easy to get around.
Though located in what looks like a quiet street it was very noisy. The apartment is on the ground floor and opens onto the street. There is a lot of noise from traffic and passers by.

The art apartment has an excellent location, in the old city very close to all the attractions. the facility has everything you might need
