Ants in the room and I don't think the room was cleaned for a while.. The main doors were padlocked when we got back at 1030pm and we weren't given any instructions how to get into the hotel out of hours so we had to climb over a fence to gain entry

Very friendly receptionist who assisted us in booking onward travel. Clean, bright rooms with decent aircon and shower.

Wifi was terrible although this seems to be the norm in many properties throughout Cambodia.

Nyta is so great, funny and helpful ! The place is really clean, the beds are confortable. there’s AC and hot shower in the rooms. It’s not so far from good bars and restaurants. And here little daughter is sooooo cute !!

First of all, for the price I paid for this hotel, it was absolutely incredible. So everything that I rate here is according to the price of US$ 17 per night for a full 2-bed room with an ensuite bathroom. The location was good - 5-6 minutes walking to The Durian Square. Several places to eat around. The girl at the reception asked if we want to add her to WhatsApp to help with any request and she really exceeded all my expectations. She also organized a good and affordable tuk-tuk driver for a pepper farm and let us check out lately. Really an amazing service.

The TV was not working. The Internet was very weak and unreliable

The room is very big and really clean. The guesthouse is top located near the centre but quiet. Nyta is friendöy and very helpful and she told us a lot of important things. Thank you so much.

Nyta is really caring for her guests and she is eager to help. She referred me to a place to rent a good bicycle, booked a tour to visit Bokor Hill and the nearby sights, and organized a transport all the way to Koh Rong Samloem, which turned out to be cheaper than booking it online. The location is near the night market, so it's a little bit outside of the center but in the end, everything is still in walking distance. The room itself was fine and the bed cosy.

We had a great stay here, for the most part. The room was large, airy, bright and clean. It had the quietest air con we have come across in nearly 6 months of travelling SE Asia! The bed was really comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, only about a 10 minute walk away from the riverside. You can rent a scooter for $5 per day. The owner is very helpful and chatty, she speaks really great English. Great value for money!

- There was a family party going on when we were there in the area directly below our room and it was incredibly, incredibly loud. The music vibrated our floor it was so loud! It went on until 11pm. The soundproofing in the street-facing rooms could be improved.

4th floor with no lift in the heat for 71 year old was an ask, but ok.

The room was clean and comfortable, located 10 minutes walking from the city centre. The owner is extremely nice, she helps with organising everything, printing visas, renting motorbike, she knows everything about the city.

The reception is a little bit messy.
