the fact only one key when 3 adults were staying, so difficult when we were going to 3 different events.

The location is fantastic. The size of the apartment is great.

The photos tell a different story. Only gets a 2 for the location and size. The furniture is very old, lounge material is bally, neither bed is comfortable and when you move they make lots of noise. There are no dishes or pans to use the oven. There is no tea coffee, salt n pepper or any other condiments. The unit smelt so strong of bleach that there was a surprise to find the unit not clean. The floor inside and on the balcony was dirty. There was a dirty pair of socks near a coffee table. The unit was extremely dusty and empty biscuit packet in the pantry. After going out for the afternoon on the first day, when returning to the unit it smelt like sewage mostly coming from the laundry. The stove was not clean, this was noticed when we cooked for the first time at breakfast. The pool areas deck is in disrepair and needs work. There is no shade or chairs to sit on. Going to the realestate was not helpful. We were met by a rude, eye rolling disbelieving staff member. Who stated she found the above highly unlikely. She did say that the unit gets a smell some times. She also said she would have the cleaner come that day and provide a refund of one night. Neither happened. We were not contacted and there was no follow-up. Not staying there again. This place needs a make over a a clean.

The unit is centrally located and a good size with a large kitchen and lounge area although the TV is way too small for the space. It has an allocated parking spot which is very handy.

The unit is very tired and needs a complete refresh - new paint, carpets and the beds need replacement - especially the bunk bed in the second bedroom. Every time my kids moved while in bed, it squeaked loudly which made falling asleep difficult for us all. Whilst there were TVs in the lounge and the bedrooms they were all smaller than a standard computer monitor so not very functional. Accommodation did not provide value for money, particularly as the only facility available was a rooftop pool which we could not use due to Covid restrictions.
