Mögel och fukt genomgående i rum och korridorer. Blev sjuk av att bo här och personalen var ej villig att hjälpa mig eller kompensera mig för detta.

Rooms were very dark, everyday we stayed we had to ask housekeeping to replace handtowels and facecloths - unsure why but it always seemed a bother for them to supply, tricky latch on bedroom door out to balcony, be careful as the latch hooked behind us and we were both stuck on the balcony!!!

excellent location, super staff, nothing was a problem,met with a smile and a greeting from all of the staff. waitress service for breakfast rather than the usual buffer which was a refreshing change.

limited choices for breakfasts, many choices not available for the later customer. pool cold as it was often in the shade. staff always passing by you as their domestic storeroom was close to the pool, a bit of a busy highway at times.

A great comfy hotel in a quiet and lovely part of sanur. Food was exceptional too.

Pillows were a little high.

staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. always wanted to help.

only thing that we didn’t like was sometimes the sun didn’t hit all around the pool area, but the beach is like a 2 minute walk away. Other than that it was great.

where do I start, there is a lot of misleading information No shuttle bus to beach as advertised on website, no beach umbrella at beach allocated area , chairs out in blazing sun, No alcohol in restaurant, if fact seen staff place water in a bottle and mix a drink with it .. 8 day stay not once was there top self alcohol.

The rooms were very comfortable and the open air bathrooms are a lovely experience.

The bar facilities at the restaurant were very sparse. Not great knowledge on drinks either.

The breakfast wasn't to bad for very little hotel

We stayed in pool access room 107,it smelt like mould towels had stains bed sheets had stains the roof in the semi outdoor bathroom was broken so when it rained the bathroom was flooded. everyday the power in our bathroom went out so staff had to come every night to fix fuses cause we had no bathroom lights.on our last night the air-conditioning stopped working said we had to wait for someone to come and fix because they couldn't get it working. We checked out early and left

Lovely hotel in a great position

The property was clean and the pool area was nice.

We had booked a poolside room with a bathtub, to celebrate our engagement that day, however upon arrival we were downgraded to a basic room with no bath, but charged the same price as the poolside room. As compensation the hotel gave us a voucher for a snack from the restaurant, which they then refused to honour on the basis of a technicality they had not told us about until check out.

I spent only one night so unfortunately I haven my check around but the area is full of restaurants and close to the sea. big choice at breakfast really good, clean rooms and the staff very nice
