I like staying at the Thon because of the colorful decor which lifts my spirits compared to the normal bland alternatives. The breakfast is excellent and the free light meal materials provided on weeknights are a good addition for a solo business traveler. This hotel is super-handy for the airport bus. There was a good desk in my room.

The room was very nice, location was perfect and central to exploring the town, the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff (especially Elise...I think that was her name; the receptionist when we checked in) was great!

The hotel is in a great location close to the city center. If you come by bus from the airport, the stop is right before the entrance (Klubbgata). The breakfast was rich and great. Also, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
I do not have much to report except that there might be a bit of noise in the room due to traffic on the street.

Our stay at this central hotel was a true delight. The rooms were beautifully designed with a touch of modernity and style. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. Though the room wasn't enormous, it was more than sufficient for our needs and offered all the essential amenities we required for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast. We opted for the package with breakfast included, and it was well worth it! The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide array of tasty treats to satisfy every palate.

Room was clean with nice colour. Breakfast was impressive in diversity and choice. The pastries (brownies) were especially delicious! The reception area coffee and water station was a great feature. Staff were exceptionally professional and helpful.

Very close to everything, including few steps to the bus stop coming or going to the airport or to Preikestolen.
Friendly staff. Assorted breakfast, with fresh bread and fruits, and real eggs (not in powder). Confort and quiet room.

The breakfast is the highest quality I have seen in a hotel ever. Lots of choice and superb quailty. For example they not only offer honey but actual honey comb.

Breakfast are the best ever!!! The breakfast will be reason of my next visit in this hotel. Good location, it is in the city centre. Bus station is in front of the hotel. 25 min from the airport. There are everything in the room what you can need. Taxi order automat is at the reception and works very precise.
Very small rooms, but I don´t know if is it standard in Norway, or not.

The breakfast was incredible! The beds were comfy. The bathroom was large and the shower huge!

I really loved the breakfast: the choice was great and we could take our time to enjoy the food. On Sundays you can have breakfast until 11 o'clock. We also got vouchers for 4 light evening meals (Mon.-Thu.)
I also liked the fact that you can take water and tea/ coffee for free in the lounge area.

We took a rest in the hall, waiting for lunch. I used the toilet room there, but right after that the personal locked it, my daughter and my wife couldn’t use it and had to go to our own room. It felt weird that the personal locked it in front of us, what could be the reason? (P.S. I’m pretty sure the toilet room was as clean as before I used it)
