The perfect location for a quick visit to Rome. Walking distance to almost all major sites and the Main Street of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Fabio was very very helpful throughout our stay.

There was a bit of street noise over the weekend.

Very good location near Spanish stairs. You can reach main Rome's places (Vatican, Colosseum, Navona etc.) by foot if you are experienced traveler. Very friendly host answered every our question even before receiving it. Would stay here again and will recommend it to friends. Thank you, Fabio.

Located in Rome city centre nearby the most famous monuments, the apartment is strategically placed in order for you to visit the city without any stress. Safe district with plenty of art galleries and shops. Nice building, lovely interior decor. The very kind host Fabio met us directly at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. I will come back for sure.

The matress in beds are too soft. Shower pressure should be fixed. Would be advisible to provide extra towels. The windows do not provide much isolation (we could hear noise from outside even if the apartment is not located in a busy street).

Location was awesome and the property owner very responsive. Size and amenities were also great.

Shower had very poor hot water and limited pressure. Bathroom was very small.

Great location. Unit had air conditioning.

Filters in the air conditioning units were very dirty. Easy to clean though so we took a few minutes to clean them. AC worked much better after cleaning. The freezer was frozen shut and freezer storage drawers frozen.

Felt like we were locals! Great location, close to Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain plus two metro stations, great for trips to The Vatican. Fabio and Patrizia, both very helpful and Fabio great beforehand (and during) for queries and taxi booking for airport transfers. Apartment has great character. Two bedrooms that could be opened as one (useful if you have small children) but can be closed off for a bit more privacy. Sofa bed - no complaints from my daughter! Coffee machine was great, as well as a proper kettle. Didn't use the rest of the kitchen! Two toilets useful as we were a family of five. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was a hot few days (although the two bedrooms seemed to be linked so if one turned off, the other was off).

Shower tricky to get right but once mastered technique it was fine (turn up to hot to fire up the boiler, then turn down slowly to the correct temperature!). Slightly strange bed frame around (not attached) to one of the beds, maybe an Italian thing? Squeaky when it moved on the lovely marble floor!

Location is excellent, the lady who let us into the apartment was also very friendly.

One of the toilets leaked when flushed and the beds weren’t the most comfortable but good still overall.

Location was more than perfect, very clean and very nice host. Would book this appartement again.

Location, kitchen, size of apartment, multiple air-conditioners, hosts were all fantastic.

Both the double beds were covered in a plastic type material which made them uncomfortable; water flow in the shower was inconsistent

I like everything about this suite. Great location, very clean and cozy, a lot of space and really convenient for everything. Fabio is an awesome host as well, helped us a lot.

The apartment was beautiful, and the location was great! Only 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps. Also, our host, did a fantastic job, and was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Excellent response time!

The beds and pillows were very clean, but the sheets are a little stiff, and the pillows could be replaced.

Fabio meet us at the property,. He helped us with our luggage and showed us where everything was in the property. He told us how to get to various places of interest, where the nearest train station, supermarket etc were. He also recommended some restaurants in different areas of Rome. He told us to contact him if there was any problems. We were also left a bottle of wine, fruit and sweets in the apartment, which was a lovely gesture. We also booked a cab through Fabio from the Airport to the apartment on the day we arrived and as advised the driver was waiting for us when we came through customs. When then booked a cab from the apartment to the airport on the day we left, through Fabio, which one again arrived as expected. We were happy with the service we received for the cabs and the price. Overall the apartment was in a very good location near the Spanish Steps, with plenty of places nearby to eat and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay, We would like to thank Fabio for all the help he gave us.

Spacious and clean, felt safe. You get three keys to enter the building, felt like who’s are living there.

The second bathroom where the shower is, is tight in space, but they have plans already to renovate it.
