Comfortable and convenient location.

Lovely location in quiet residential area. Dawn, the manager, was wonderful and very helpful. Nice clean swimming pool. Apartment has all the facilities that are needed. Lots of towels and bedding. Nice having the monkeys, cockerels and birds visiting.

In need of refurbishment. Apartment is quite dated.

The highlight of the experience was without a doubt the host's agent, Dawn. Talk about a powerhouse. She was efficient, organised and incredibly lovely. So attentive and a real pleasure to deal with. The facilities were great. Nice pool, comfortable apartment and everything we needed in a home away from home. It was a great sized space for the two of us. Around twenty minutes walk or a very short taxi ride away from shops, restaurants, beach and buses to take us into Bridgetown or over to places like Oistins for the night. We felt safe and comfortable with the location and had nothing but positive experiences throughout the stay both on and off the complex. A fantastic visit and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

I appreciate the service provide by the host Dawn. I also enjoy the swimming pool and the location of the studio apartment looking down on the pool. The property located in a private and quiet neighborhood.

The lack of public transit access to the property.

It has a great outlook from balcony and pool aspects but the apartment has obviously seen better days. Dawn is pleasant and helpful

The accommodation is secluded and not a place for coming back after dark on foot, not enough outside security lighting. It's in need of an update. It's too cluttered, too much furniture for the space. Furnishings tired looking and notnin best condition. Washing machine was out of use for the entire 3 weeks

The apartment we were assigned was self contained and there was no need for breakfast to be provided.

A reasonably sized table to work from with our laptops could have been provided. My husband is a lecturer and is expected to conduct classes regardless of where he is or travels to.

My husband and I stayed here for a month and had a fabulous time. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The apartments are in a quiet location and No 10 overlooks the pool. Much of the time we had the pool to ourselves. At others we met guests staying in the other apartments and had a great time chatting to them - some very interesting people! The local beach is about a twenty minute walk away and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars. For golf addicts Rockley golf course is close by and reasonably priced. But the star of this apartment is Dawn, the owner's agent. A truly lovely lady who did so much to make our stay perfect. Thank you Dawn!

Dawn is very professional. She was very personable and easy to work with. Our checkin and checkout experiences were great and seamless. The pool was so good to relax in after a day exploring. Our apartment came with all the modern appliances. Having laundry appliances really kept our luggage light. The complex is in a quiet location and about 40minutes walk to the nearest beach. I would recommend hiring a car or use the local ZR minibuses and main bus service to get to tve towns. One attraction was the local monkey troop that came through the condo complex as part of their foraging activities.
