浴室は使用者がアメニティのゴミをそのままにしてありました。夜も朝も。

とにかく静かでした✨ 睡眠中もとても静かで、ゆったりと休めました。 またWi-Fiやヘアドライヤー、程よいサイズのテーブルと鏡✨ 洗面台も想像していたより大きめでよかったです。 部屋は全体的に清潔で、加湿清浄機もありました✨💫🫧 フロントにコミックスもあって 部屋に持ち込んで読むことができます✨📗 コインランドリーも利用させていただきました✨ 価格はBooking.comさんでの多数会利用につき割引があったため、お得に宿泊できました✨

窓はあるのですが、小さな虫がたくさん入ってくるとのことで開けませんでした。 外の空気を部屋に入れたかったです✨ ロケーションは中心街という印象で 車の方は、別途駐車料金がかかります。 それと一度夜にフロントへお電話した際 間が悪かったのか、とても不機嫌でビックリしました✨💫

提供衛浴所需的用品很方便

We stayed in the ladies’ capsule section and it was excellent- aside from the capsule bed, you also get a tall locker, desk, and some floor space with a curtain so you have privacy and space. It’s really nicely done. The bathrooms were clean (little mould on the shower ceilings, but it is Japan after all and things go mouldy here quickly) and the common lounge area was open and welcoming. There were lots of amenities to use, for those who needed them, and free coffee and multiple types of tea. We didn’t use the public bath owing to small tattoos- they might want to review this, I don’t think they’ll have too many gangsters to worry about, somehow! Staff were very kind, all spoke English (even when I started in Japanese) and overall it was a great experience.

The entire hotel was heated to much above our comfortable level- even in a skirt and a tshirt, I was sweating even whilst sitting in the common area, and the capsule was too warm to sleep well. If only it wasn’t so hot, we’d have rated it a 10.

宿泊だけを考えれば非常に優れた施設です。 駅からも近いため電車での移動に非常に便利でした。 清掃も十分にされており快適でした。 当日の宿泊者にも恵まれていたようです。

What an amazing hotel. Super cozy and clean, with a very helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and quite big. The bed is very comfortable. We loved the breakfast served there and access to a beautiful Japanese bath. We were very pleased with location, and also could borrow the bicycles to be able to discover the city. I wish all the hotels would be like this one. Definitely one of our most favorite stay in Japan!

子ども連れの３人で利用。 子どもは無料で、非常にお得感でした。 ベットもダブルベッド２台で、子ども連れでも、ゆったり使用できました。

大浴場が工事中との事で、利用できなかった。

早朝出立にも対応してくれている。 （オプションの朝食には対応していない。） また、3時間使用可能なレンタサイクルが使用可能。 夜間でも美ヶ原温泉白糸の湯（公衆浴場）との間ぐらいなら往復可能。

カプセルホテルなので覚悟はしていたが、 寝心地、静かさの点ではやはり劣る。 また、二段目のベットにあたると上り難い。 最後に商業施設の上階にあるが入口が若干分かりずらい。

Everyone was very friendly, common areas to eat very pleasant and it is next to the station and a supermarket with very cheap prepared food. Super friendly cleaning staff every day I received a bag with towels and more water and more coffee and tea.

The location is fantastic, just across the street from the Matsumoto JR station. The deluxe capsule is a definite choice for individuals wanting cheap but still provides some semblance of privacy type of accommodation. Amenities provided were adequate and satisfactory.
