El servicio es excelente muy amables las personas que atienden. La comida es deliciosa y muy completa. La piscina tiene una vista increíble hacia chinchina y manizales.

Falta variedad en el desayuno Deberían climatizar más la piscina y tener el jacuzzi en uso constante

The location is stunning! The views over the coffee hills were simply incredible, you could just spend time staring at the panorama throughout the whole stay. The staff were great, always happy to help for any small thing, it felt like being at home

Everything was amazing!

We could write a long list of things that we loved about this property. To start, the grounds and view are absolutely stunning. We could see all the way to Manizales from the property! Our kids spent hours playing on the swing set, playing soccer, playing billiards, and swimming in the pool. In the evenings we watched Netflix in the room. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and Carolina, the host, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. She even took us on a tour of the coffee farm for a reasonable fee. We learned so much, had fun, and got to taste different varieties of amazing coffee! We ate every item on the menu at the on-site restaurant, and each was deliciously prepared by Lilianna, who adapted items for a vegetarian family member, and was so patient with our poor Spanish. We were very comfortable in our big room and the beds we so comfortable, when sharing with our kids we couldn't tell when they were rolling over. We slept, ate, and spent time well at Villa Clara. Highly recommended!

Amazing view from the hill down to Chinchina. Great space in the rooms and amazing pool. Billards available to play. The best part of the stay was the service. Liliana was always on top of everything and even spoiled us a little with small details as fruit.

Bathroom is a little small so it’s hard to move around it.

Location is amazing. Close to some good attractions. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very friendly host.

The view and the pool

There was a lack of management. This place is sold as a hotel but is really a country house.There was not even soap in the shower and the bedding and towel (only one) were old and of poor quality. There were many insects and big spiders in the bedroom but I guess that comes with the country feel! The most shocking was my arrival, there was not check in or formal welcoming and the couple who takes care of the Farm did the best to help but I had to call the owner because my room was not good at al, the internet didn’t work and there was not food available at the farm. The good thing is that they tried to solve the problems when I said I was leaving and I manage to get a better size room. As there is nobody to manage the property I felt left down.
