Lovely comfortable room and great view. Fantastic shower and nice breakfast.

Close to road and railway line

lovely modern and clean rooms, the hotel is in a great location beside the lake- good WIFI speeds also. There is a good selection of lakeside restaurants close by. The train station is across the road also, and a trip to Therme - Uberlingen is a must.

Very close to the lake and i has lakeview. You can go swimming in the morning and have breakfast afterwards. Well both i did not have, but what i saw looked great.

- I could not close the curtains, so it was not really dark, or better i saw the sun too early. I could also not find anyone who could fix it, because reception and hotel was already closed when i figured it out.

Location was nice

On arrival we were informed that the hotel beach facility was out-of-bounds ('private party'). This facility was why we (2 Kids, heatwave, on long drive home) booked and paid for this specific hotel. Hotel staff member was totally unhelpful, argumentative and unprofessional. Manager was 'unavailable'. Basically, no comeback and a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Very far from even basic hospitality. In my book the hotel owes us a refund for the facility they advertised as available for guests (i.e. we paid for it) but failed to deliver. If that's what you like, this is the hotel for you.

The public transport to Sipplingen is terrible. So if have rely on it don't stay there . ALSO make sure that you arrange for parking beforehand as it is very limited. The reception was very strict about the arrival times and it is not open after hours. So if you are can't make in on time, don't book there

Rooms are new and clean. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is perfect for young people. The beach club is something that would appeal to them and is very popular. There is an extra room to store bikes and it is a good location for bike tours. Parking is also possible not too far away from the hotel (quite a luxury at Lake Constance).

Rooms towards the lake are loud from 6.30 am (trains start running) until 11 pm (beach club). We didn’t mind much, but could be a problem. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and not even any glasses, which for the price of the rooms is pretty poor.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel room/space was amazing. The bathroom and kitchen were also fully equipped and very clean.

The hotel staff, location and facilities are all great. The only issue we found which is worth mentioning, is the noise in the room. We stayed at the second floor (room 121) and at around 21h, when i had already put the kids to sleep, we noticed absolutely all the movement of our guest neighbors staying just above our room apartment. The floor isolation is really poor, specially considering the overall HIGH LEVEL of the room installation. We could hear absolutely every step the above guests were making, and this also happened in the morning, before we got down to breakfast. Kind regards, Rodrigo

Rooms were sparingly furnished, no glasses for water, no wash cloth, limited chech in hours.
