Friendly owners, very helpful with guiding for local activities. The apartment is big and comfortable, it is also very nicely painted and decorated makes you feel you indeed came to a Greek Island

Everything about this place screams unspoilt, uncommercialised Greece, rustic, homely and comfortable. It is less than a minute walk to nearest supermarket and about 4 minutes walk to the centre of the village. If you like cats you're in for a treat, we probably spent more on feeding cats than feeding ourselves. Carmen is an outstanding host who sorted out a hire car and a taxi on the spot and Alexandria who lives above and keeps an eye on the place is an absolute angel, we spent a fantastic evening with her sat on the patio drinking wine, listening to French music and learning about Paxos. We will definitely be back.

Could have done with a bigger frying pan but that's an in joke, the second I mentioned it, Carmen offered to lend me one 😀 but seriously, we truly loved everything about this place.

Carmen was a perfect hostess. Nothing was too much trouble. It was chilly at night and she brought me extra blankets straight away when I asked for them. I'll definitely be back again, next time I come to Paxos.

Carmen is a great host. She sent us a message immediately after we booked. She met us with a beaming smile to let us in and had provided some thoughtful touches - water in the fridge, anti mozzy plug and tablets, room already cooled. There’s bright and quirky decor. (in a good way) and an outside area to sit in too. The apartment is very close to the centre of Gaios so it is a short walk back to it - the last 50m of which is quite steep. Carmen was also really keen to help with any questions we had about Paxos and Gaios in particular. Such a nice person.

We were only staying one night so the limited cooking facilities didn’t bother us but might for people staying longer.

The room is basic but it was more than adequate for a short stay. Large bathroom, we did not use the kitchen so we can not comment on this. Many playful cats outside.

Rooms are basic, cats are super cute but can be noisy at night.

A quiet location only metres from the main harbour area, with easy access to all restaurants and bars. La Gatta was clean comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The property was like a home from home and we will certainly be booking there the next time we are in Gaois.

Very close to town centre and shop, lovely house with outside area and the cutest cats. Neighbours are very friendly and hosts are ready to help with anything - thank you again Carmen!
