Everything was perfect.

It was the best hotel I've ever experienced in terms of service quality, comfiness and value. I booked a massage to relax after my long trip, but I delayed for more than 1 hour and the therapist was kindly waiting for me all the time. Also the breakfast was super delicious and really huge. They even gave some tasty treats to my dog :) I'm going to stay there on my way back from Turkey.

I think, breakfast could be smaller and not so tasty as I overeaten because of my greediness :D

Everything was very very clean! 10/10 The equipement was a high quality classic hotel equipment. They even gave us treats for our dog as a gift. 10/10 Communication was outstanding, everyone was very kind and very help-full. 10/10 Breakfast was interesting, moderate choice, some fresh fruits but also a lot of "durable" foods. We missed for example a fresh salad, or fresh bread. For a one night stay the breakfast was good, but it's location in the basement is not suitable for a longer stay. 6/10 The location of the hotel is OK, the parking is in front of the hotel, seemed safe. 9/10 We haven't got the time to visit the spa, but it seemd very good from the out-side. Overall it's a Yes!

Not much of a problem but for our taste the background piano music audible in our room could have stopped a little earlier in the evening.

It was a great stay in hotel Zen. Room was very clean and cosy, we found everything we need. The staff are very friendly and willing to help - it's great. We will remember their hospitality and warmth. Breakfast was magnificent - very tasty and varied.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast. A nice small pool as well. Great location for travelers on the highway to/from Greece and Bulgaria.

friendly stuff, we arrived late and the reception wasn’t sure if he have made a reservation but the issue was solved very quickly

we asked for an extra bed which was total uncomfortable and no person could sleep on it- we must say we should not pay extra for this

Staff was extremely polite and ready to help with any request. Also we're really impressed by the wide choice of meals for breakfast. Room was quite spacious and clean. Also we had a big open terrace but didn't have time to spend much time there. After check-out the receptionist gave us a small bag of presents (with snacks and water). It was really nice of them.

The location is quite unremarkable and far from city center. So if you decide to go sightseeing or just walk out to the center - you should probably catch a taxi.
