Las hamacas en el jardín. Los dos baños en la habitación. La zona donde está es bonita y tranquila pero lejos del centro.

Pagué 45€ por compartir una habitación en un sótano con 11 personas. La única ventilación en la habitación es una ventana en lo alto de la pared que a penas se abre unos centímetros: así que ahí siempre huele mal y hace un calor horrible. La habitación en el sótano da al garaje, separada solo por una puerta de cristal, donde se guardan las tablas de surf y donde una luz permanece encendida toda la noche. La noche del viernes vino un grupo de surfear a las once y media de la noche, pegando voces porque claramente ignoraban que al otro lado de la puerta había gente intentando dormir. El colchón está hundido por el centro, el edredón con una mancha que prefiero no saber de qué es. El cajón para guardar tus cosas, insuficiente, con lo que todo se almacena bajo la cama donde parece que no limpian nunca (encontré mucho polvo y un paquete de tabaco vacío). El desayuno se pone muy tarde, a las 9 de la mañana, con lo que solo lo aproveché el primer día. Es algo incomprensible, ya que solo colocan un poco de pan, cereales y fruta, pero parece que a nadie le apetece levantarse a las 8 para colocarlo en la cocina. Creo que por ese precio el servicio debería ser infinitamente mejor. Por cierto, encontré a gente que pagó mucho menos que yo y estaba en las habitaciones superiores, mucho mejores y compartiendo con menos gente.

Great little communal hostel for travellers, great if you want to party and surf, clean and comfortable communal areas and very friendly staff.

The location is a little deceiving, it is located in a pleasant residential area, and not directly on the beach as suggested through photos. The rooms are a little crowded with light from the street outside coming through the window.

Staff and the guests were great fun, location is great so 10 minutes to the main beach plus they got a pool table. Plugs, individual light by the bed and curtains as well which was amazing. A kitchens on each floor. Best hostel I've ever stayed at, hands down.

Laundry service is off site so you gotta walk 15 minutes but I did a language exchange so it wasn't a big deal.

Friendly and fun atmosphere with organised activities such as surfing and paddle boarding, great for meeting people. Staff were helpful and tried to make stay as comfortable as possible, e.g leaving breakfast out for me as I was leaving earlier than breakfast normally starts.

I would not recommend this if you want somewhere quiet to stay before or during the Camino de Norte. There is drinking, music and talking until after midnight. Although staff made efforts to turn down the music at midnight on my second night. I booked a private room, not realising it was a garden shed which was not properly secure and there with no soundproofing. I found it inconvenient that the bathroom was in the house and you needed a code to access it in the night. The property is a converted house and in my opinion needs to update the bathrooms. I found the shower drains were blocked which was unpleasant. I really don’t think this set up was worth 50 euros and kind of wish I’d stayed at a hotel to get a better sleep before the Camino. However, I did meet some nice people but unfortunately couldn’t surf because there were no waves- which was the main reason I booked this place.

I wanted to stay for just a night and I felt so good that I decided to extend for one more, really good vibes and people, the staff was really helpful and easy going

In 10 years of travelling, this is the best hostel I've stayed! Excellent location, everything is nearby, I liked everything very much. The location is perfect. A large park and the sea are very close and were a little visible from the my window. On Fridays night pizza or BBQ parties. I will never forget intercontinental dinners in a family atmosphere. Inside and outside home clean and comfortable. In the showers in order. On the bed socket, light, curtain. I was impressed by the excellent value for money. Special thanks to the volunteers for their work. I recommend. And I think i'll stay here longer))

It was a good value for the money. Great breakfast with various options. Nice location, around 20 minutes walk to the center and very close to the beach. Good atmosphere in the hostel and lovely garden.

The room was not the most comfortable one, not enough space with all of the luggage, no separate light for each bunk. And the sockets were too far from the beds which made it dificult to charge devices overnight.

Price is hard to beat. Breakfast surprisingly good. Nice garden and friendly staff.

Loud music played until 03 am. Drunk kids eveywhere. It felt more like a spring break party at a collage than a travellers hostel. It is a shame because the place has potential if it was run better. Beds is a disaster. Very unstable and all top bunks miss curtains. No real lockers, you get a small box wich you hardly can lock anyway. Bags must be left on the floor. With no keys at any point theoretically anyone can walk in and steal your stuff. Cameras will not help as nobody will know if a stranger comes in. Far away from everything, good place to live but not for a tourist. I will not return due to security and constant partys keeping guests awake all night long.
