Zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Küche haben Meerblick. Zu Fuß zum Strand sind es nur 100 Meter. Der abschließbare Stauraum darunter verfügt über Liegestühle und Bodyboards.
Der Picknicktisch befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und der Gasgrill im Abstellraum. Der Pool ist nur 40 Meter entfernt und mit Blick auf unser privates Deck.
Besitzer von Haustieren werden gebeten, ihre Hunde an der Südseite hinter dem weißen Zaun mit geteilten Schienen zu führen und danach immer aufzuräumen. Wir bitten darum, dass Hunde keinen anderen Teil des Geländes benutzen und IMMER an der Leine sind!

Overall, this was a clean, efficient and family/dog friendly rental. Check-in was a breeze. Nice layout for a family of six. The location provided limited ocean views with adequate beach and pool access. We enjoyed our golf cart proximity to Surfside and Garden City restaurants and grocery stores.
It is adjacent to a public beach access.
After end of season updates, we would book again. Several suggestions this winter include: better user friendly living room tv setup (too many remotes with too many info notes), new beach chairs; a few electrical outlets need work; upper/lower deck furniture needs attention, kitchen leak fixed, storm door latch replaced, upstairs bathroom door won't lock. We understand these issues are common with heavy use and can be resolved. Thanks Dave.

Everything about our stay was exactly as advertised. Except for a house directly on the beach, you can't get a view better than this. Beautiful ocean view, easy access.... can't really say anything that the property details didn't promise, it was all accurate. Communication with David was easy. You won't regret your choice here

The open room is large with plenty of seating. The sofas are very deep and you need pillows to sit up straight.. There is plenty of cook ware and glasses. Love the washer and dryer. TV can be a challenge for older people. Road noise can be loud at times. Love the views from the bedroom.

The pictures and description are both 100% accurate. This house is decorated in an upscale manner with an over flowing kitchen lacking nothing. Both balconies have plenty of comfortable seating. Extremely pleased.
David is very responsive and so accommodating.
We had the pleasure of meeting and talking with David. He’s the man you want for a neighbor and friend. We enjoyed our visit immensely.

First i must say the owner of the home is so easy to work with. The home is better than the pictures suggest, the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is the best on N Waccamaw with the best view of the ocean. Dog friendly, our puppy enjoyed watching all the people and other dogs walk by not to mention being on the beach herself. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We enjoyed our stay so much and anticipate returning next year. Definitely the place to stay for a great beach vaca.

Place was a little smaller than expected, cleaniness was decent. Beds were good to sleep on. Nice location and great view of the ocean from the upper deck. Beach is very close and nice pool area as an alternative. We winded up not bringing our dogs but still a good place for any family with pets to bring.

The house and neighborhood is so pretty and family oriented!
The house was not as clean as I would liked to have found it. The floor was sandy and I had to wash dishes out of the cabinets before we could use them.
The beds were comfortable and the decks were amazing! I would definitely recommend this property!

David’s place was awesome. Pictures look just like there is in the listing. You cannot be the location. It’s a 2nd second row townhome, but David’s place has one of the only clear ocean/beach views in the whole neighborhood due to the public beach, access right across the street at callaghan. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the living room furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen with stacked with everything you would need.
The community pool was very nice as well. Never too crowded, as it is only shared by 8 to 10 other units. David has two decks on the place, one on the third floor off of the bedrooms, one of the main living room, both are great spots to hang out.
The home itself is extremely spacious. We had four adults, two teenagers, and our dogs, and never felt cramped one bit. It is laid out extremely well to maximize the space.
David is a very responsive host. We had a small issue with the microwave dying or third day there. David was responsive, came over and took measurements, and had a brand new microwave installed the very next day.
I would not hesitate to rent this home!

This was a last minute beach trip and boy was I impressed. The house was great plenty of room. Location was excellent right across from the beach. Easy excess to the beach. The property was fantastic plenty of room to park. Neighbors were very kind. Pool was great, but we are beach people. Owner was great - just a quick text away. Was very kind making sure everything was good. Would highly recommend and will stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our stay for the week. The house was in a great location just across the street from the beach. It was comfortable and roomy. My kids loved the pool and David was a great host. I highly recommend it if your looking for a house close to the beach.

It’s right across the street from the beach, making it incredibly easy to schlep kids and gear to the beach! The property was clean and allowed us to bring our pups. The street noise was a bit more than anticipated, but just during the day. Nighttime was fine. The HVAC broke while we were there (it happens!), but David was incredibly responsive and communicative and had a repairman there the next day. We would stay again!

The property was clean, but it does need some upkeep. Outlets didn't work, night light in master bath sizzles (electrical issue) & "beach items" in storage area were rusted & extreamely dirty...definitely not usable. While we did appreciate that we were able to bring our dogs, there wasn't a single dog bowl to be found or a roll of poop bags (property is listed as dog friendly). We also didn't know, until we got there, that the dogs were not able to go upstairs at all (they're used to sleeping with us at home). We ended up taking turns sleeping downstairs with them. There was a booklet of local places & dinner take out menus, but no info on dog friendly places (it would've helped a lot). We were asked to throw a load of sheets in before leaving, but there was no detergent (so we couldn't). There was no dish soap, paper towels (1/2 roll when we got there, no add'l), no napkins or additional rolls of toilet paper. We've never had to bring own paper products anywhere we've stayed. The location is great, but the house does need some tlc. There was a Kuerig & coffee pods, but no sugar, sugar substitute or tea (again, this is the first time we've stayed somewhere that didn't have all of it). It's the little touches that can really make a difference.

My husband and I stayed from September 17th to the 24th and I’ll start by saying this is a lovely home, great location with everything you need. Owner is very responsive and helpful! The absolute BEST bed I’ve ever had on vacation in the blue room (so much I came home and ordered the same mattress) and would like to extend so much thanks for having an actual comfy bed!! Pet friendly is always great for our 2 tiny ones. We vacation here 1-2 times a year and I’ll say that this was one of our best stays!

3 well appointed bedrooms- primary with king and an en-suite bath and the other 2 (king and queen) with Jack and Jill bath- powder room on first floor.
Flight of stairs to enter and a second flight to 3rd story bedroooms.
Lovely pool with outdoor open shower to come back to after a day at the beach.
Storage for beach gear.
Well appointed kitchen and nice furnishings.
There were no issues and no need to contact the owner the entire stay- only to tell him that we were sadly leaving.
And we brought our dog too!
Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Best ocean view for across street
The property was situated across from the public access which provided the best fears of the ocean on our side of the street. It’s so close to public access, there is absolutely no need for a golf cart. Owner, David, was remarkably responsive and even came to the house on our request it was there within a half hour

Wonderful family vacation
This place was wonderful with the beach entrance right across the street. We were able to bring our dog for the first time to the beach and he loved the early morning walks and sitting on the balcony. We really had a great and relaxing family vacation!

Our first time renting a beach house and we loved it. A lot quieter and more privacy. Check in was simple. House was really nice and across the road from the public access so no need for golf cart. We loved having storage for beach chairs and umbrellas. Cloae to shopping and dining out. Everything we needed for our family. Will be back again soon!

Spring Break at the beach!
Home was clean and in a great location. Had everything we needed for a family of 5 and our dog. Family friendly things to do in the area and near lots of restaurants. We spent Easter Sunday on the very clean beach. We would definitely recommend and we hope to return.
