old and Air Condition don’t cooling good

i liked the place in General, with all these trees and the rooms that were facing the swimming pool

1. If you lose a keycard they charge you with 600 php which they only inform you if you actually do lose it. 2. Upon check in, they informed me that the Accommodation is bug friendly. So i had to travel, to arrive there in order to be informed. 3. For a family of 4, (2 children 4 yo and 3yo) they only offered one bed. i had to actually pay more to put one single bed per night that i stayed there. 4. Poor breakfast choices 5. the menu that was advertised in QR codes had NOTHING to do with what you were receiving. Total disappointment. 6. They have a no delivery policy and they dont allow to bring food from outside, policy that i was violating all the time in order for my family to actually eat something.

The Ambience , garden like surroundings ,restaurant cafe n bar food great, service was good and peaceful, shout out to Randoulf n staff

Price a bit steep for room at low season , just wish it was closer to beach but the pool was adequate ..

swimming pool is not clean, limited options for breakfast . no heater, pillows and blanket doesn’t fit it’s 4 star category.

Restaurant menus were extensive - value for money, fresh and we presented

Wasn't keen on the banquet breakfast on the easter weekend. Was a long wait for the meals to be served after ordering

The staff was exceptional nice and good. Real pleasure. The food was really good, but not over the top.

Breakfast especially last day where it was made per room was a terrible experience, not worth to eat.

No netflix. I would suggest that they switch to smart tv.

room great, my partner loved the bath. we also enjoyed the pool and surroundings.

Noisy roosters nearby that interrupted my sleep. also had a nasty shock at dinner, the dish I ordered ‘ pork pornchero ‘ or something similar on the menu was priced at P480 when the check arrived I was charged P1300 for this dish. when I questioned this I was told sorry the price is wrong on the menu. Not really acceptable people as the waiter when I ordered this should of advised the huge price difference.
