Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The appartement is quite small but it has everything you need: a comfortable bed and a sofa, a perfect kitchen with all utensils and even a coffee machine. We appreciated the power shower and of course the magnificent view from the terrace. Cleanliness was impeccable. It’s easily accessible to the public beaches. The nearest, Sylvabelle is only 10 min on foot. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Location is amazing, good size swimming pool, secure parking with entrance code, beach and shop close by, good size room, comfy mattresses , well set kitchen for self catering

The owner applied €50 charge for coming at 3am due to broken down vehicle, worn out sofa bed with peaces of material coming of, very loud indoor air conditioning which needed to be switch on during night due to hot weather not allowing to sleep

Nothing really, it’s just that if I gave it ten stars I’d imply that it’s the most luxurious place possible and in St Tropez this isn’t the case but it suited our needs perfectly. Would have loved an on-site shop for basics but understand this isn’t always viable in this type of accommodation.

no where close to buy food really that was the issue and was supposed to be 1.6 km from st Tropez a 20 minute walk but was 70 euro cab to get to town that was the only drawback u need a car

It was very clean and well located. In the absence of covid, one could probably enjoy the public facilities. It was very near by car to some nice beaches. The person overseeing our stay was responsive and helpful.

We paid almost euro 900 for 3 nights. For a small room, kitchenette, bed that comes out of a cupboard, sofa and mattress a few metres from the ceiling. The accommodation was manageable. but so insanely overpriced it was hard to get over it. We were two adults and two small children - there is no way more than 3 adults could be in that room comfortably. It appears to be a fraction of the price after August so it feels like a price gauging enterprise. The pool was big but was basically people soup on the weekend - even without Covid you wouldn’t want to stand shoulder to shoulder with the crowds in the pool. Once we got over the shock of the price / room ratio we were fine. As other reviewers say though - if you are a light sleeper forget about booking here as the air conditioner sounds like an aircraft taking off - it’s so loud. Also if you are claustrophobic the mattress by the ceiling may be an issue. My main gripe is that the photos on Booking.com don’t really show what you are booking. It’s misleading. It doesn’t show the mattress at the ceiling or the fact that the bed is in a cupboard.

Great location, the swimming pool is amazing, the terrace is a great feature and Bill, the admin, is such a lovely and helpful guy. We spent a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend the property.
