Położenie hotelu wyjątkowe,pokój fajny,jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Podejście personelu bardzo dobre mimo że nie znałam języka węgierskiego(słaby angielski). Wejścia na baseny oraz śniadania i obiadokolacje w cenie co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Jedyny minus to poduszki które powinny być już wymienione. Byłam w tym hotelu już czwarty raz więc ogólnie jestem zadowolona i wrócę tam jeszcze.🙃 Daje 9,5 punktów, 0.5 punktu odebrane za poduszki jak pisałam wyżej.

A klímát nem lehetett megfelelően állítani, A szoba kényelmetlenül volt elhelyezve Az ablakon nincs szúnyogháló így nem lehetett szellőztetni sem. Az elszámolásnál oda kell figyelni mert furán számolnak

Raportul calitate preț la mâncare este unul corect. Servirea ireproșabilă, cu personal atent, bineintentionat, mâncarea gustoasă cu produse bune, recepția de nota 10. Parcare și wi fi, bilete aquapark incluse în prețul cazării. Vara poți merge pe jos atat la Aquapark cât și la Zoo, fiind relativ aproape, dar iarna recomand deplasarea cu mașina.

Încălzirea în camere se face cu aparat de aer condiționat care face un zgomot ușor deranjant. Dar este ok, recomand locația.

Convenient access to the Aquapark, right at the backyard of the hotel. Half-board option is a very value for money with good selection of delicious meals. We highly recommend Irisz for families with small children like us.

Clean room, air conditioning, quiet, friendly staff (they speak English or at least understand what you want 😁), very good and varied enough food for us and a 2.5-year-old child (we had half-board, but at check-in you can also choose full board by paying the difference) A plus was the fact that the entrance to the Aquapark is also included (although in the future it would be appreciated if they could offer access to the Aquapark on the day of check-out as well) We walked about 15 minutes to the Zoo. We felt very good, we will come back.

Located close to the lake, park, zoo, aquapark. Food was very tasty, we had half board. Serving was good, everybody was very nice. Checking in and out was easy and quick.

We had ants in our bathroom. My bad sheet had some spots on it (probably was clean just spots didn't go out after and with washing) One of the night lamps was broken.
