It was amazing...host, chalet, location, the view of the mountains and 3 Zinnen itself. I recommend this host and Unter back chalets...It was one of my favourite winter holidays, and we traveled a lot. If you have kids host has a small farm on site (horses, owl, goats, donkeys, rabbits...) . We loved the idea, that you order breakfast online and receive it the next day at 7.00 in front of your door. The host, chalet and everything were just amazing. I recommend it to all.

Everything was fantastic. The owners offered nice gestures that we are grateful for. the chalet was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. We were travelling with children and the chalet was well supplied with a stool, high chair, cot, children cutlery, playroom with toys and games, etc. We have ordered breakfasts which were delivered to the door in beautiful woven baskets. The sauna inside the chalet was amazing!

There was nothing to fault. Everything is to the highest standard. Maybe only the location as the hotel is on a hill and walking from the village is a little difficult. But even my 3 year old could walk uphill without issues.

Wow,Wow,Wow This even looks a lot better in reality then the pictures. The scenery is magnificent in this magical place. Very clean and has everything you need to cook with and everything you don’t. My kids enjoyed the farm animals ,the bikes and all the facilities the Chalet has to offer. Simply amazing and the host was really great! I hope to come back to this place one day. We ordered a breakfast which was served HOT and fresh, simply amazing.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. Stunning view from the balcony and a very nice backyard farm. Oswald the host was very friendly and helpful.

looks like everything was brand new or well maintained and the kitchen was fully loaded with kitchenwares so you can spend the time feeling home.

there was no close shops nearby and the available ones were close many because it was weekend

Omigosh! This property was perfect for my family and the kids had a great time! There is a farm on site and the kids had a chance to feed the animals and see them on the farm. There are horses donkeys, goats, sheep, alpacas, and chickens where the kids were able to collect the eggs and cook it for breakfast. And the weather was perfect in late May (40s and 50s with some rain) and there was very little crowds. The only downside was that they were a lot of shops not open due to the time of year but it was perfect compared to when they say things open up in the summary in late July and August time frame. We were about an hour and a half drive from the bigger ski lifts and Alpine coaster. And about an hour to the ropes course at Kronaction and the Flyline, which was closed due to rain. Ossi’a dad Karl met us after we arrived and showed us to our apartments. The apartments were perfect for our family of five with a spectacular view of the Zinnemann mountains. The apartments were thoughtfully laid out in two floors with balconies on both levels. Shower was wonderful and the kids raved about how warm the water was. The kitchen was great and had a lot of choices for kitchen appliances and pots and pans. The next day Ozzy (son) gave us some helpful hints and he had some of the animals available for the kids to see. What a lovely family, what a lovely location, what a perfect stay!

Some places were closed but not a dealbreaker for the property.

The view was the best part. You walk up to the living area and the view of the mountains blows you away. It is a beautiful site to wake up to. Make sure not to miss the sunset. They also have chickens and you can pick the eggs in the morning. Additionally, there is a breakfast of brioche and other simple things that you can order for a good price; however, ordering ends at 2200. The garage was nice to utilize and they have many spaces. Our Toyota Sienna van easily fit and we were not nervous that it would not fit in the garage. The shower felt amazing. The home was very clean. Make sure to bring bikes because the area is wonderful to bike around.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The chalet exceeded our expectations-- the photos do not do justice to how beautiful the apartment was and the view itself! Extremely clean and friendly staff. Our stay was perfect.

There was a beautiful view from the balcony and the accommodations were comfortable. We felt welcome and that every effort was made to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. My daughter also especially loved the tour of the barn to see the animals!
