Gavin and Jo are great hosts. All instructions were clearly outlined and well communicated and moreover, they were easily reachable for any queries we had. The apt was clean and we were very pleasantly surprised that it had basic items to help us get started (like oil, spices etc ..). Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely use this place again
The swimming pool is not a heated one so we couldn't use it.

Perfect location, walking distance to CBD. Accomdation is very clean and comfortable. Got everything you need even cooking oil, salt, rice cooker ect.
Highly recommended. Definitely will back again next time visiting Perth.

the location was convenient, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed
the bed was a bit hard and I would of loved a fan in the main room but everything else was fantastic

Great location, nice balcony, tidy unit.
The beds had no top sheets and there was no lighter blankets. At times during the night I found myself sweating under the doona. I know the doona covers wouldn't be washed every time because its a lot of work.

location couldn’t be better regardless if you hired car or not the property is perfectly positioned to accommodate travel via local transportation
Car parking is difficult with SUV especially if the neighbour has the same size car already parked there. The apartment has a policy of no parties allowed which is great however, the policy doesn’t apply to others in the building so we experienced early morning and evening rave music that made things slightly uncomfortable. It was hard to understand where the music came from.

parking - the bay given to us was very small, I have a large car. the person next to the bay was partly in my bay. only one bay and we had two cars and no parking on the road.

Great location, quiet, clean & spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with laundry & supplies. Hosts were great. Will definitely stay again.
