Room was clean, fresh towels were provided everyday. Staffs speak adequate English, check in & out were fairly straight forward. We sent our luggages via courier in advance, and the hotel received and kept it for us.

Location, while there are many metro stations (making it accessible to many metro lines) nearby, it was still quite a distance to walk. Paid laundry service is available but limited to one only, and located at the lobby, which was quite inconvenient.

Reception was unhelpful and crappy. They would not call a taxi for us only for extra charge. Ridiculous

Bed was very comfortable but the aircon was a bit mouldy

Room had everything that is needed and was clean.. The position of the hotel is a 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station.

Good position to reach Tokyo station and Ginza quarter. Quiet, clean and functional rooms. Overall value for money.

Room was very small, as everywhere in the center of Tokyo anyhow. No lounge/relax/cafe area.

Tiny room, disinterested staff, like a sleeping factory - extra charge for everything. 500 yen extra for calling a taxi. Didn’t know what a receipt was, didn’t know how their own laundry system worked. Staff didn’t speak English- seemed like we were not really welcome there

The room was cosy, the bed comfy, we had all necessary amenities. The area is quiet and safe, we arrived late at night. It is close to metro and the train station.

You need to figure out well which one is yours, there are like 4 or 5 APA in the area. The room is small, if you have luggage, you need to organise yourself. Not fitted for long stays because of room size.

Staff were friendly, would be great if have more staff who can speak English

The room was really TINY. The smallest room I've ever stayed in my entire life. Waaaaaaay too small even for only one person. There was pee stain on the toilet seat😫, and the cleaning people were speaking pretty loud in the hallway every morning. If you wake up before 7:30am you'll have no problem but I was having jet rug and sleeping until 10am so they woke me up constantly. I will probably never ever choose APA hotel group.

The hotel is very clean and provides everything you need. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff at the reception was very nice and helped us with everything - including sending our luggage to the next hotel.

The room was too small for two people to comfortably fit, but we knew how small it would be from the website so that was on us.
