Nice and helpful hosts

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out process for very fast. Breakfast was nice but the coffee was perfect. Room was clean, comfortable with nice mattresses. Parking was provided + although we have checked out early morning the hotel management allowed us to leave the car until we finished sightseeing of Sarajevo. If we come again in Sarajevo we will definitely visit this hotel again.

Hotel is located at great location, only 2 minutes to Bascarsija. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. People working there were so kind and they even let us change the room for the better one. Breakfast has limited options as it is based on eggs (not buffet) and has few other things like bosnian version of nutella, honey and cream, but it is still ok to have good breakfast.

Location with easy access to the city centre, easy parking, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, 24/7 reception, restaurant on site, nicely furnished, nice staff.

Smoking in the restaurant should not be allowed. The window in the room has no drapes, which means there was too much light in the room at night.

Everything was perfect, it was clean, the room had air conditioning and heating on radiator it was warm and cozy! The staff were so nice and we had so much fun talking with one of the waiters he is the legend!

There was no slippers.

It takes maximum 5-6 mins. to Bascarsija by walk. Hotel is located by the river and away from the city crowd. There is enough space to park your car somewhere close to the hotel free of charge. There is also its own restaurant with live music during weekend.

No Electronic Kettle

Extremely friendly personell. Welcomed us very nicely, reacted to our message that we could not sleep and offered cookies in compensation, and offered to bring us to the bus stop.

- Moldy bathroom. The entire shower cabin has mold all over it. - Roaches, only a few but still. - Very noisy. You can hear multiple neighbors snore. - We did not sleep 2 of the 3 nights because people slamming doors and playing very loud music from 1:30 to 4:30. - Breakfast options are limited to eggs-based breakfast. If you're not comfortable with eggs and tomato/cucumber for breakfast, you're stuck with choco paste on bread. - Location is not ideal, poorly lit. Twice when arriving in the evening (20.00 and 21:00) in the dark, 100m from the hotel we were approached by random people who said "we looked strong" and such things. Did not have that experience anywhere else in Sarajevo. - Smoking is allowed in the restaurant, meaning you walk into a wall of smoke when you join breakfast. - Photos paint a nicer picture than the reality.

room was modern and comfortable, everything I needed, and a really good shower. Staff were brilliant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Especially the lady that organised my taxis and stuff the last day.

Hotel Nova was awesome and in the prefect spot in Sarajevo. The hotel feels like home and the staff are the nicest people. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay there

It is very new and comfortable, on a very good location.

The room was under the ground floor, like in the basement and I noticed there are little bugs in the room, probably coming from the bathroom or window. Also, it was very noisy before midnight because there was a wedding in the restaurant and after that the waiters were going down the stairs next to the room until 1.30 AM.

Our room was clean and ok for one night. Close to the city centre, parking in front of the hotel.

We had quite small room and it was like in the basement. Staff at breakfast was not the best, nobody came when we sat at the table, we had to go to ask for bread etc. Very limited options to choose from.

Clean, nice room. All the needs where there. Small breakfast but more than enough. Nice common area surrounded by a green area. Safe place to stay.
