Both Robyn and Vince were very welcoming. We felt very much at home, and Robyn was so kind to recommend some places of interest and nice restaurants. I strongly recommend this place to couples.

An absolutely lovely and perfect stay for an overnight visit to Hobbiton. Room was lovely, private (and away from the main part of the house), comfortable, with all the amenities one would need (the milk in the fridge for tea was so thoughtful, too). Beds was comfortable, shower/bathroom was clean and very room. Parking was convenient, too. Robyn was a fantastic host, cooked a great breakfast, and provided us with excellent shopping recommendations nearby. Would absolutely recommend and if we're ever stopping back in the area, we'll absolutely stay again.

Not much noise suppression between occupied rooms such that even quiet conversations are heard next door. No microwave in the room.

Beautiful surroundings. Really well located just outside Cambridge. Very close to Lake Karapiro, and less than 20 minutes from Hobbiton. The bed was comfortable and room and ensuite were a good size. Hosts lovely and breakfast excellent.

One of the best accommodation places we have stayed at around the world!! Hosts Robyn and Vince made us very welcome, and their hospitality was outstanding. The room we selected was excellent, comfortable and really relaxing. And best of all, other than the location in Karapiro, the room, the amenities in the room, the breakfasts, the grounds, the outdoor setting... was THE SHOWER!! It was fantastic. You really haven't experienced a shower until you've stayed at the Karapiro Willows. The area is quiet and relaxing. We can highly recommend Robyn and Vince's property to relax. Value for money. Plenty of parking away from the public road and easy access. Less than 2 minutes to SHW1 and of course the town of Cambridge was a delight! Will definitely make this accommodation our go to place when we are in the Cambridge/Waikato area. Thanks Robyn and Vince! Peter and Cassia

What we didn't really like was HAVING TO LEAVE this little slice of Paradise!!

Comfy super king bed and comfortable furniture, kitchenette and bathroom facilities. Warm, quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Karapiro Willows and thoroughly enjoyed Robyn and Vince's hospitality. The bed was super comfy and the full cooked breakfast was superb ! A lovely spacious home in a great location. A special place that we would certainly revisit.
