We like the location, near the night market and coffee shop. very convenient.
Bed and pillows not comfy. The TV not working.

1 of the room air-conditioning is leaking n the pillow is too old.n I got neck ache on the 1st nite sleeping.

The premise owner need to ensure the toilets are clean both the apartments toilets had bad smell due to ventilation issues.Luckily stayed only for a night.

The location was great. There was plenty of room for 6 people. The facilities were good for an overnight stay.
The toilets were old and run down. The ventilation of the shared toilet was not great and the toilet smelled of urine; it quite unpleasant.
The bedsheets were not very clean.
The AC in the sitting room stopped working.
The balcony had not been cleaned out.

This was my second time staying in this building. It is located at central of town which is within walking distance at our convenience. Eateries and souvenir store is just 5 min walk. Improved security matters which each floor is only assessable with access card.
The bed, sofa and mattress is too old, suggest to change a new sets to provide a comfortable sleep. Sofa is sticky and we got bed bugs bite during our stay.

Location is good, at city center. But still need to drive to find halal eateries, cant find any within walking distance.
Stayed at unit 8-8.The cleanliness of the toilet need to be improved, a lot. The mattress in the third bedroom need to be changed, u can feel the spring. The A/C in the third bedroom also need to be checked, its not cold.

i love the location that near tourist attractions. the house also clean and beautiful , many facilities also provided such as coway, hairdryer n iron. the bed also very comfy and everything is great.thank you host !

The location of the apartment is walking distance to tourist spot. Clean and have all the basic amenities. Great for family to get together. The car park is free.

location is great,nearrest with the city and also near gerbang malam(night market) .. parking was great got 2 slot ..location easy to find. the owner also keep fast response.
when i staying,i have found the 4 cockrouch coming from the kitchen, dont have any equitment like ridsect ,i need to buy it myself to kill the bug:(.. and also when i staying the lift down(out of services for 1 (got 3 total) . i stay at 8 floor so very hard to go down because lift always full with the other owner apartment because in 1 lift only 4 people can IN..that's so frustrated.

Location is good , walking distance to lot of good food eateries and some local souvenir shopping.
Poor maintenance on toilet and bathroom. Ventilation fan is very noisy , look like the bearing is faulty . The hot water heater not with built in pump , so the water volume so small. Beside that you can few area on toilet need some repair work on wall and door .
