ruhige Lage etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtkern, aber alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, Personal kann bei Trip nach AnkorWat helfen und organisiert Flughafen Transport (Fahrtdauer: 1:20 h !!), Pool schön
Ruf des Muezzin in der früh, aber man schläft wieder ein.

Es war eigentlich so,wie ich es mir erwartet habe. Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel, nicht weit weg von der Pubstreet(Zentrum)Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend..Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
Es gab nichts zu meckern.

The staff is really nice and helpful! The rooms are very cosy and we sleep like babies in beds (good mattress)
Place is nicely decorated.
Be careful with the family room: there are not 2xlarge beds of 2 meters long, only 1 + 1 small bed which is not 2 meter long.
Otherwise nothing to say, we had a nice stay!

The room had everything you could need. But there was also an umbrella, which is a good thing because of the heavy rain. There was a razor, shaving foam, and a comb. The staff is very nice. If we come to this country again, we will choose this hotel.

Movie channels were not possible to activate. The guy who work night shift was sleeping on his field bed behind reception and I had to wake him up after arrival back to hotel from evening out .Than I had to wait till he wake up and after all he couldn’t answer on my questions about some informations they he suppose to pass to me from the day staff. Quite shameful. But all the rest of the staff have been incredible helpful and polite. The call for Muslim pray several times a day and early morning at 05 am was really enoying. ( Room 301).

Amazing hotel, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast with many options.
maybe the furniture is old but didn’t bother me at all. very nice bathrooms with all that you need. the staff cleaned the room and replaced the towels everyday.
The staff from the reception helped us with all the informations and arranged everything for visiting the temples.

Staff were amazing (especially the breakfast crew)! Best coffee I have found in SE Asia. Room was large, well appointed and very comforrable. Entire hotel was spotless and appeared to have been refreshed during Covid shutdown.
Nothing ... okay, maybe the 4:49 am recorded chanting from somewhere in the neighborhood.

Everything! From the staff, breakfast, localization and the rooms! Spotless clean and very friendly staffs. Smey was our family driver and he drove us everywhere. Very good value for money and very good for families. Will definitely come back and stay there if we go back in Siem Reap.

location was close to pub street so was a plus point. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. they would go out of their way to help u in any way they can whether booking tours or whatever. the rooms were huge and had a tub - room service did a great job daily. great value for money. will definitely recommend. A+!

really nice pool, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was amazing! they offered tuktuk tours of the sites, and the driver we had, mr smey, was great. and such good value for money. would definitely stay here again

Spacious room. Clean and good facilities. Lovely garden yard and outdoor pool well maintained. Friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants around.
The mosque behind hotel plays prayers in loud speaker at 4am.

The rooms here were really nice. The pool was great. Obviously, due to COVID, there were some things that were not available (ie wifi, restaurant, bar etc). However, great location and nice authentic room.
