Bei genauerem hinsehen, war es dann doch ein klein bisschen schäbig.

Habitacion muy amplia y moderna, cama super comoda (viene bien antes o después de la subida al Batur). Desayuno increible.

Para llegar a el necesitas llevar linterna, pero vaya como en la mayoría de alojamientos de Kintamani. Algo caro para la media de la zona pero bien invertido.

I have to agree with some of the others and say this is the most comfortable bed I had in all if Bali. I don’t know if it the mattress, sheets, room, or what… but perhaps the best sleep throughout our vacation. The staff is also EXCELLENT. I have an injury and they were sharp and quick to help us carry our luggage. Breakfast was also good.

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Bali, nestled near the mountains. The spacious rooms provided breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, boasting fresh and fragrant bedding that added to the comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly the private pool, offering a refreshingly invigorating experience. As dining options were limited within walking distance, the hotel helped arrange car bookings with locals. The use of WhatsApp for communication was incredibly convenient.

While the breakfast had to be ordered the night before, the menu had great potential, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and avocado; however, slight adjustments like toasting of the bread thickness or freshly baked bread could enhance the experience further. Despite this, the peaceful location and overall tranquility made the stay truly memorable – I'd highly recommend it.

The view from our room was spectacular and the staff was really friendly.

There was only one socket available and the flies outside the room was not helpful either. Also, the hot water was very limited.

The view and the serenity were wonderful. It’s tucked away from the road and lovely and quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. As a smallish resort it wasn’t too busy. Other reviewers have said the food wasn’t good ge we found it simple and tasty.

The major flaw with this beautiful location and property is the stench of sewerage in the bathrooms of the two villas we had booked. It is vile. Opening the windows (up high) in the bathroom did help but it is a major downside and did detract from our otherwise lovely stay.

The management need to pay attention on the maintenance of the property. It is a very beautiful property and located in a very beautiful area, however the cleanliness on the bathroom and the breakfast quality needs to be upgraded for a better stay experience..

The views are amazing, just stunning... but that really is what you are paying for, the room was the good!

To start, the room was unclean, dirty floors, webs everywhere! Decor was tired and Shabby chic gone wrong! The bathroom was damp and mouldy from leaking shower. No hand soap.

This resort exceeded our expectations! Location is absolutely perfect, close to attractions and with incredible mountain views. Room and bathroom were very spacious, modern, and clean. The many pools available are so clean and warm. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious and with big portions. Stayed for 2 days and didn’t want to leave. Such a wonderful and comfortable stay. Staff member Nyoman was especially wonderful with her smiles and helpfulness.

I will definitely give an exceptional for this accommodation if only there is no trespassing incident just couple hours before we check out 🙃 I really love to be here, but a shameless couple ruin our mood cause they were making content IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM. I paid more to get a good view and of course the privacy 🥲. I know the owner/staff can not choose the guest but please do the necessary so this won't happen again.

The view was amazing !! We booked the property because of the view from pictures online and it did not disappoint ! it has two pools, but only one with unobstructed view of the mountain. Overall the place was clean. There were alot of flies, but in general the “mountain flies” were everywhere. Food was okay, eatable. Maybe a providing a wider variety of options could be improved. Hot shower was available, however once finished, you’ll need to wait for it to “recharge”. We had a wonderful 2 night stay, and would definitely recommend for those in Kintamani. The staff was also very very helpful and accommodating !!

Their air-conditioner was functioning, however the air wasn’t cold enough (even at 16’c). Maybe it requires servicing. However they were kind enough to provide a small fam for our use.

The room wasn’t very clean and very humid (mosquitos and flies on the floor, smelly, mold in the walls, stains on the sheets)- I think there is some air evacuating problem. We couldn’t open the window because of the multiple flies all around the hotel (for example we stoop like 5 minutes near the pool before leaving because the flies were too annoying). The breakfast (which was included) lacks of choice (the only veggie option was not available, and they weren’t really cooperative so we ended up just having fruit and left) The food in general wasn’t great and took an hour to be delivered (there is no real restaurant it’s either a table in the lobby or in your room) Despite what is said on the booking page there is no massage available there (we booked this especially for the massages since we were tired from the trekking). The staff was not cooperative to help us find one (he laughed when I asked and said to just google it). I found the nearest spa and they were adorable and even offered to send two masseuses directly to our room which we did. The hotel could have easily facilitated this for us, if I was able to do it, they could also … this is just to show how much they are uninterested all in all it wasn’t desastrous but an accumulation of small annoying things, for the price we paid for the room, was way overpriced (65€ for the room, which was one of the more expensive housing we had over two weeks)
