Dachgeschosswohnung mit Blick auf das Disney-Feuerwerk aus unserem Wohnzimmer! Unsere 3-Bett / 2-Bad-Wohnung (1 König, 1 Königin & 2 Einzelbetten) befindet sich im sehr beliebten Windsor Hills Resort, nur 1 1/2 Meilen von Disney World entfernt. Jedes Zimmer ist im Disney-Stil gestaltet, so dass es perfekt für Ihren Disney-Urlaub ist!
Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im nächstgelegenen Gebäude zum Resort Pool und Wasserpark in der obersten 4. Etage und das Gebäude verfügt über 2 Aufzüge. Die brandneue AC-Einheit wurde zu Hause installiert, um unseren Gästen zu helfen, die heiße Hitze Floridas zu überwinden!
Durch die Eingabe von weniger Schlüssel entfällt der Aufwand für die Schlüssel. Der Code wird nach jedem Aufenthalt geändert, um die Sicherheit unserer Gäste zu gewährleisten.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer "Beauty and the Beast" verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die Queen 'Finding Nemo' verfügt über einen riesigen Schrank mit einem bereitgestellten Wagen, mit dem Sie Ihr Gepäck von den Aufzügen abholen können. Zweibettzimmer mit Mickymaus dekoriert, KÖNNEN SIE DEN VERSTECKTEN MIKKEI FINDEN ?!

We had a great time at the spacious condo with so many little details - both for comfort and also thematic - my kids said it was "more themed than a Disney hotel!" :)

Clean, comfortable and convenient home close to Dinsey World and about 25 mins away to Universal. Nice to have a pool and water slides at the resort to relax in between days of going to the theme parks. Communication was excellent and check in was easy.

Be our Guest is in the perfect location. The pool and clubhouse are just steps away and the parks are a quick drive down the road. The condo has everything we could possibly need.

We stayed for four days of volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center (20/30 minutes with traffic), then used the condo as a home base to do ALL THE THINGS. Super close to Magic Kingdom, quick ride for dinner with Mickey and ride the Monorail for Fireworks. Easy to get to Disney Springs, Walmart and Publix nearby for groceries (Wal-Mart pick up was super convenient to skip the checkout line on vacation check-in day!) Lots of restaurants nearby. The condo is also stacked with everything you could need. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer that worked great. Mickey waffle maker, high chair, pack and play, strollers, pool towels, a wagon for groceries and packing the car. The kids LOVED the pool, splash pad was even fun for Mom and Dad and teenager, a slow and a fast water slide option! Literally everything we could have needed was there for us!! TVs with streaming services for lots of Disney movies (as well as DVDs and PlayStation/games). Parking was easy and close to the building and easy to get to the room. Communication was quick and efficient!
If you are considering staying here, BOOK IT. I literally don’t have a single thing I would have preferred different.

The property is nice, clean, and close to everything! The property owners are quick to respond and were very accommodating. We asked if the travel crib had a mattress and they provided one. I would recommend this property to anyone and can’t wait for our next stay!

Amazing condo, had everything you could think of needing whilst on holiday. Children loved the themed rooms. In a lovely resort too. Hosts very helpful and responded quickly to questions prior to stay. Thank you so much.

This was the perfect location for our vacation. The pool was very close to our unit, close to the attractions we attended. The condo was clean and comfortable.

This VRBO was PERFECT for an inbetween place to all the parks. Universal drive is a little longer, but not bad at all! Pool is nice and the condo is wonderful! Super clean and roomy. Hosts were amazing to work with! Highly recommend this relaxing space after a long day at the parks. :)

Pool was great for small kids to adults and great temp. The splash pad and water slide was a hit for the kids. Wal mart for shopping was only a mile away. Disney was about 10/15 mins away and universal was about 25 mins. Condo was so close to the pool and themes in every room. Huge bonus even had a high chair and pack and play for babies. We pick a new place we come to florida every year, but would come back here for sure. Management company even accepted a delivery for us before we arrived. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

This is a typical stay with just enough to get you started but you must shop for essentials right away. 1 roll of toielt paper is provided per bathroom, but kitchen has no salt, sugar, oil and must be purchased on your own.
Very clean property, great location next to the pool and club house and close to DIsney (15-20 mins by car).

Had a great stay. Was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal. Quiet area with a large pool and slide with heated water. Management company was awesome to work with and very quick to respond. Convenient to all the parks. We plan on staying here again.

We spent a week here and let me tell you… it was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the parks was less than a 10 min drive. It was so nice to come back to a full kitchen and laundry and 2 bathrooms after a long day in the parks with 3 kids. The condo was stocked with anything we could have needed plus some. It felt like our home away from Louisiana. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

The condo was clean and the area was quiet, very low key. The pool was not crowded. Location to Disney was excellent, only took a few minutes to get there. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall this place was so cute and loved the pittle Disney touches! It wasn't overwhelming Disney and I liked that. Great location, great communication, awesome pool, slides, splash pad, store and activity area. Had fun activities for the kids scheduled too. We just loved it! Natalie was fantastic at answering my questions and notifying the front desk about my stroller rental. No issues and we had such a great time!! Thank you!!

My family and I stayed in this condo for one week and we absolutely loved it. The property is clean and safe, check in was a breeze. The condo is about 10-15 minute drive from the ESPN world wide sports center and the Disney world parks. The pool and water slide are great! Nice gates neighborhood that I enjoyed running/ walking through. The bedrooms and space are really big in the condo, we’d stay here again!!

Very clean place, 👌 feels like home. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Close to the parks 10-15 min max, 5 min from a huge Walmart, CVS, gift shops, restaurants. The place have two strollers, we used one for the park and it was a life saver.
There is a nice pool with big slides for the kids and there are daily activities with music and games in the pool.
Security at the entrace makes us feel safe and secure.
The temperature in the house was always 75 and it was perfect.
The only thing we didn't like so much were the mattress of the beds, they felt like air mattress and my back was hurting, so we took turns to sleep in the sofa, but still, we will definitely rent this place in the furute.

Great stay! Quiet top floor and the kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark. Close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. Front gate personnel were nice and helpful. Our only regret is that we did not book it longer! Experienced some inclement weather during the week closing the pool temporarily, but the staff were communicative and helpful with updates. My wife loved the Ratatouille kitchen and other condo decorations! We will be back, thanks!

Excellent property management, extremely close to the local attractions, very well maintained, would highly recommend, disney themed, has small store on property, serves adult beverages, and food, along with necessities. Seen some local wildlife as well, the unit was top notch! We would stay again! No complaints on the condo! Very comfortable, and parking is readily available! Property manager is very knowledgeable, and makes effort to communicate if you have questions!

We stayed at this property for a Disney trip in February 2023. We had stayed at a different Windsor Hills property in 2022 but were not happy with those accommodations. We found this property and from the moment we entered we knew we had picked the right place.
We arrived 30 minutes before stated check-in but Natalie let us into the property early. Everything was very clean. The kids also enjoyed finding the hidden mickeys throughout the property! The proximity to the pool was also a huge plus.
While there were a few minor things that we could nitpick, that is just our taste. We were extremely happy and would definitely return on our next trip to Disney!

This property worked amazing for our family of 5. Great location, awesome little water park. We didn't spend a lot of time here, but it was a great space to land after a busy day at the theme parks nearby. We enjoyed access to disney + and the other TV options. We felt safe and secure in this gated community. Would recommend to others

The property is everything we could have asked for and exactly as per the posting pictures. The condo was extreamly clean and well stocked. The building is right beside the visitor center allowing you to walk to the pool and 15 to 20 minutes drive to the Disney parks.
The Condo was supprisingly quite and could not hear any neighbors. At one point there was a loud jazzercise class at the pool but could not hear a sound inside the condo.
There is a Walmart 5 minutes away, but would recomend ordering ahead for mobile pick up as it is insanly busy anytime of the day and makes rope drop at Magic Kingdom look like a stroll in the woods.
I would recomend this location to everyone and will definetly be back.
