Overall home was clean however it had a little smell to it like the air conditioner filter needed to be changed. Home had all supplies to cook/towels etc. Very close drive to all Disney parks! Pool area is amazing!!

Our stay was great, Would stay there again we were closed Disney and one hour away fro Legoland.

The condo was perfect for our family trip. It was in a great location for our visits to Disney world and Sea world. Our kids loved the pool. We would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.

Location is perfect for a trip to Disney. The condo is in a private, gated community and the pool is perfect for our kids. The condo also had a crib, which was great with traveling with an infant and they didn’t have to sleep in a pack n play. The only thing is there were not pans in the kitchen for cooking. We had leftovers and going to make cookies one night but there was nothing to use the oven with. Otherwise, the layout was perfect and my family enjoyed our trip and our stay in this condo!

Was very happy with the condo and the resort. The lady in the marketplace (who I had the most contact with) is wonderful.

Great basic accommodations about 2 miles from Disney world drive and close to dining and 1 block from Walmart. Owners: Great Communication and very friendly Property: Just a very short walk to a large pool and water slide along with 38 seat theater, and gym. Property is gated with VERY friendly gate guards so you feel safe and secure. Elevators are fast and garbage pickup is daily. Condo. we enjoyed our condo stay, 3 bedroom (2 kings and 2 twins) 2 bedroom, 1 private and one shared. Living room room as 1 couch and 1 loveseat both comfortable. Kitchen had all the stuff along with a laundry closet. Very clean and comfortable basic accommodations. The appliances where basic, but worked very well, beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Showers had good pressure and hot water for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. Walmart is a block down the road, Tons of shops and restaurant another block down the road. Traffic did block up a little between 5-8 each night between Disney world drive and our turn but was manageable. PS, the hot tub at the property pool area was great after a long Disney day!!!

It was a quiet, clean apartment to rest and relax in between the activities we had planned in the area. Convenient location! Only suggestion is to provide instructions on how to use TVs as we couldn’t change the channel in the bedrooms.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this property had a terrible mildew/mold smell. Worse than a wet basement (this unit is on the 3rd floor). It was great to have a washer dryer to save on doing laundry when I got home, but unfortunately the stench was stuck on everything, so I had to wash every single piece of fabric and plastic off when I got home including luggage, stuffed animals, shoes etc. Took me days and days! I was so aggravated! Besides the nauseating smell, some other issues that could be easily fixed are the unit never cooled completely (still felt a little humid) and the towels were stained and very few. Found two hairs (one long one short in my bed). The sheets are dark colored and personally I’d rather have white so I can inspect for hairs and bed bugs better. It was stressed by owners that guests wear no shoes in the unit. It was obvious to us that no one else before us followed those rules because instantly my families feet were dirty and black when walking on them. There was an open and spilled yogurt pouch of food under the garbage bag in kitchen. I was afraid we’d be liable for cleaning fee so I cleaned the congealed mess up for them. Bathroom garbage bags didn’t fit and were laughable, but luckily I had my own garbage bags and used them for the bathroom garbages. The hooks for towels in bathroom were falling off door so not usable. We noticed a couple of beetle like bugs one in kitchen and one in master (it is FL and buggy of course but it’s worth noting and perhaps should be professionally inspected). Lights were too dim in kids room. Pillows in all rooms were lacking support. On a positive note, the unit, with work on the above items, is a nice size, good location, and decorated well for a rental unit. Check in and out was easy. The communication easy. If they addressed these issues it would be a perfect place.

While my son and his wife were spending time at Disney for there anniversary, my wife and I were babysitting are two grandkids 3 years old and 5 months. The place was perfect for what we need. Two very comfortable king beds and two themed singles that the 3 year old loved. A crib, pack and play, high chair, and stroller . Two full size bathrooms and full size washer/ drier. It was only a 3-5 minute walk to the pool and 15 minutes to Disney.There is also a new big Wal-Mart 5 minute’s away and every restaurant you can think of about 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was in a perfect location for everything.

Getting to and from the parks from this home was perfect. It made our vacation easy and the accommodations were very comfortable

As soon as we came in we saw bugs! Initially chalked it up to Florida however when I went to get a drink in fridge the first night you could see the bugs scatter from the light from fridge. We packed up our clothes that night and zipped luggage up (2:30 a.m.). Contacted owner, sent someone by who left note they had stopped in but they left dead roach on kitchen counter that I killed earlier. We also watched 2 to 3 bugs crawl into oven and observed dead bug in toaster crumb tray. We rented unit with kitchenette too save money on food by cooking but ended up eating out and avoiding the apartment. Have video and pictures. Owner advised he would give us a partial credit and then never did. When I got home emptied my clothes on my driveway so no bugs would enter my home if they got into our luggage. Initially felt bad for owner thinking his cleaning company was not cleaning (stuff under furniture and sides of tables) but he then was ok with not following through. Avoided communication after initially saying he would credit money.

Great location and pleasant owners. My only minorr issues... check in had a hiccup because the owner put the wrong date on the gate reservation and the condo needs more wash rags. Only 2 in the whole condo. I just went and got some of our own at Walmart that was less than a mile away. Not a big deal. My husband did not like the streaming only TV but I am ok with that and my son and his family don't have cable so they did not care. That is what they have at home. If you are looking to have a vacation from cooking too. There are AOT of restaurants locally. I have stayed in the area many times and they are always adding something new.

The property was affordable, clean and very comfortable for 3 adults and one child. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating!

Fun filled days of Disney parks, universal studios and daughter’s cheer competition. Lots of memories that we will never forget! Our parents were able to join which made it very special and help them celebrate their 50th anniversary at Disney on their 50th. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place.

Family friendly property offering everything on-site to satisfy our needs. Staff was terrific, amenities wonderful, and close proximity to local attractions.

Check in was very quick and smooth. Condo was very comfortable and spacious. We had a great weekend.

The owners had great flexibility (ex. Adding family members) and response time!

We had a couple issues that were out of their control the first day but the owner was very responsive and had someone out to our place within a couple of hours to address our issues. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable too.

Condo was as described, nice, clean and convenient to Disney. The tv in the living room did not work, but the owner had contacted me in advance about the issue, and it was no big issue. With the exception of a very loud group in the unit below at 3 and 4 in the morning we had a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

Overall I was satisfied with the condo. Everything I needed was in the house. Great space and love the king size beds. The only con was it is a 3rd floor and with unpacking the vehicle and loading the vehicle with kids was a struggle. Having to make 6 trips to load and unload.

I loved this condo! It had a crib which was great for our 8 month old. I would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was great and we enjoyed the pool area. The condo was clean but could definitely use a “deep clean” and replacement of the bedding. The kids room is advertised showing Mickey Mouse bedding which my kids were very excited for and they were completely worn out and covered in generic duvet cover. Also the picture shows a box fan which was not there, we found a small fan in the other room but plugged it in and it didn’t work. The fan in the living room and kids room didn’t work. Most of the outlets didn’t work and the tv’s were not very user friendly. The kids room worked when i logged into my Hulu, the one master with the shared bath has no sound and the living room tv could only turn on and use the channel up & down buttons. The outside screened porch again was a nice feature but needs a deep clean. The kitchen was great and had everything that we needed. Again overall it was good for what we needed it for a few nights but wouldn’t be ideal for a full family week long vacation.

Property is good and comfortable, however several kitchen supplies are lacking for the family that enjoys cooking. Some furniture (living room couches) need to be replaced.

I was a little disappointed to see the sofas has slipcovers on them, and were difficult to sit on without leaving black bits on the floor. These need to be replaced. The decor is nicely done, but a few to many leafy plants Around to collect dust. Everything else was fine. The location was perfect for us as our friends had a condo down the hall. Would stay again.

Close to Disney and Universal. Had everything we needed for the time that we were there. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as there being more than enough towels. Owners were quick with responses to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again next time we are in that area!!
