Location is very good. All important destinations are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, which is very important. The staff is extremely pleasant and enterprising.

In the beginning, we didn't have a remote control for the air conditioner, so we couldn't regulate the temperature in the room. I suggest that you give all visitors detailed instructions regarding parking in front of the building so that unpleasant situations do not arise.

Kann nicht super viel sagen, da wir nur für eine Nacht zum Schlafen dort waren. Personal war super freundlich und flexibel, alles war sauber und angenehm. Lage auch gut, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zur Tisza. Einen Kiosk gab es auch direkt gegenüber

Das Doppelbett waren zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten mit Gestell zwischen den Matratzen

Third time at OKSZI! Each time my experience is even better than the last! Owner lives in the complex and cares about the guests and the property! Always upgrading and making the customer experience better. I stayed in a wonderful room with its own bathroom and shower! Bed was super comfy! Room with was clean! All linens and a towel was provided! Szeged is lucky to have this travel friendly and economical place right in the city center! Hoping they will be there for years to come!

Nice room in a nice location. Shared kitchen well equipped and very clean. Apartment located 15 minutes walk from the city center.

The large room was newly appointed and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little kitchen for guests' use. You can't hear your neighbors.

It was a semi-basement room facing street traffic -- earplugs were a must at night. The room, while new, was drab, charmless, and, to be honest, depressing. The loud bathroom extractor kept going off for no reason. Wifi was spotty.
