Newly Renovated Cape House - 5 min walk to beach and downtown!

Diese geräumige und wunderschön eingerichtete Ranch ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub oder zwei Familien, um ihren Urlaub zusammen zu verbringen. Früher eine Maisonette, bietet jede Seite 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Vollbad, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Essbereich für insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder / 2 Wohnzimmer und 2 Küchen / Essbereiche. Der üppige Garten ist wunderbar für Familiengrills und Spaß im Freien. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Surf Drive Beach oder der Main Street entfernt. Den Shining Sea Bike Path entlang des Vineyard Sound und die Fähre nach Martha's Vineyard oder Nantucket erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten. Wöchentliche Mietdauer ist von Samstag bis Samstag. We had a great time at the property. Plenty of room for a large party and a fantastic location on a very quiet dead end street. I unfortunately did not fully read the listing until the very end before booking, and I didn't see that linens are not provided (including any sort of towels/bathmats). Also, very little is provided in terms of toiletries....basically one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and nothing else. I was informed after I booked so I was able to pack everything we needed, but it would be really nice to not have to bring everything. We were told that this was due to covid precautions, but I feel like at this point its just a bit of an excuse.
All that said, I would 100% still book here. The host was super quick to respond and the location was just perfect. Very cute little cottage.

Great home/location close to Main Street and Beach
Can’t beat the location - less than a 10 minute walk to both Main Street Falmouth and Surf Drive Beach and also close to the shining sea bike path (with the added bonus of bikes being provided). The connected Duplex layout is perfect for 2 families or 1 family + grandparents. House has some older charm to it - so don’t expect brand new amenities/appliances but it’s very homey and welcoming with a great yard (with a nice outdoor shower) and an excellent host. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

Excellent family vacation
All of us had a great time and really enjoyed everything about the property. We had three families and the layout of the home was perfect for us. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy for both kids and adults.
The location is excellent. We walked multiple times to the beach and the town.

Beautiful memories created in a beautiful home!
This property is a wonderful setting for a family vacation! The location is perfect. The neighborhood is peaceful and we were able to easily walk to the beach and Main Street. The beach had a concession stand and bathroom which was wonderful. Main Street was bustling with fun shops and restaurants that served us incredibly delicious meals. We also could bike to the Shining Sea Bike Trail and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard was only a short drive away. The house was so charming and the duplex style was perfect for our family. The young adults could stay up late in one family room while the rest of the family could rest and sleep on the other side of the house. The house was clean, well stocked (we appreciated the bikes and beach chairs!), and so charming. The decor was pretty and relaxing and there were plenty of beds. Finally, I greatly appreciated Mike's quick responses to my questions and accurate, polite communication. I'm thankful that the owners of this house work so hard to help families like mine have a memorable, special holiday!

Better than expected
This rental was much nicer than pictures let on! We loved the location and the house was very clean. ACs in all the bedrooms. Rental didn't have blankets/comforters either, probably because of COVID, so pack those as well!

Excellent experience! House was clean and tidy and entrance instructions were simple. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place within walking distance of both downtown Falmouth and the beach!

Falmouth Charm
Our family had another amazing vacation in Falmouth. This was our first time renting from Mike and hope we will again in the future. This ‘home away from home’ is quintessential Cape Cod from it’s hydrangeas, cedar shakes to it’s charming interior with perfect attention to detail representing The Land and The Sea - thank you Mike and Nicole!

Wonderful stay
We loved staying here! Very clean, well kept and in a fabulous location. We particularly enjoyed the 2 family aspect of the home. Flexibility and communication from host was appreciated. Definitely will be back in the future.

Excellent
My husband, myself & our 3 children stayed here 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. It could not have been better. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was smack dab between the beach & Main Street, where we walked to have dinner. Can't wait to stay at this house again! Thank you!

Nicely renovated house, great location to the Cape Cod beaches, ferry to MV and downtown Falmouth. We would love to stay here again!

Nice house in great location
The house was clean and mostly updated. The way it is laid out is great for two families or extended family. There are two complete sides, including kitchens and bathrooms. They connect at the front and back of the house and you can leave the connecting doors open or close and lock them.
The road it is located on intersects Shore Street which is a roughly 3/4 mile road running from Main Street to the beach. This makes for a short walk to restaurants and shops or the beach.
We did not experience any problems but did reach out to the owners during our stay and they were very responsive. We enjoyed our time in Falmouth and would stay at this house again.

53 Meadow is a great location, is extremely well maintained and very cute. Awesome outdoor shower! I would have no hesitation booking here again. We hope to come back! Thank you!
