the location and view is exceptional .The pool is very nice too.

The deck needs some maintenance, but the owner will replace it soon.

The view and the pool are great. The seating area outside is large and good for sun and shadow. A lot of privacy. Inside also OK with leather sofa, but we didn't use it. 2 separated sleeping rooms with bath rooms. Half outside kitchen with all you need. Big table to eat. Outside eating area is protected from the wind. There is always wind on Guadeloupe. But with the heat that is a good thing.

To collect the key was a struggle. We gave our arrival date to the host, but what you need to do is call the local mobile number about 40 min before you arrive, and then they bring it. A key locker would be a better option so when you arrive you can always enter the building. We had to wait for 1 hour. Now how to get to the villa: even with Waze and Google maps we could not find it. So how to find it: Navigate to Musee Edgar Clerc - drive about 100 m in the opposite direction of Le Moule - Look at the road signs plus some commercials signs - If you see an old plate of Le Vieux Moulin this is the path you need to enter- the road/path is very bad with holes - drive up the path - down - and up again - the villa entrance has a white wall with a white sliding door (so the first white wall is another house) - you arrived. The villa has no real beaches on a short distance. In Le Moule there is a surfer beach with big waves. Below the villa there is a rocky beach. For us no problem as we went for new beaches every day by car.

Difficult access road, the entry gateway was difficult to unlock / open, no soap in the bathroom, no dish soap in the kitchen, no beach towels, very bad concierge service, electric curtain only to access the house, it was blocked and it took 4 days to fix it (living room in the dark on the time being), the pool was not clean with some cats/ iguana poo mainly everyday (we called the landlord and the concierge but they didn't send anyone to clean it, they answered it is the nature it happens), the kitchen is outside with a broken and uncleaned trash, the house is on a windy place and you can eat only outside (no diner table inside), very minimum service to expect in comparison to the price and the description
