Truly great apartment, we did enjoy our stay. It was clean, classy, with a small welcoming drink, fully equipped and smell-free. The coffee, tee and the kitchen utensils are all in the apartment. I was pleased with the high class service. Also, just few meters away from the house there is a magnificent view of the city to marvel at, I did appreciate it. The apartment is accessible with public transportation, as me and my friend didn't have the car, we found it really convenient. The hostess even offered us a late check-out, the one and only thing so much appreciated yet so rare among the rental properties....Thank you for that. :)

The only inconvenience would be the bed separation as two beds are being put together to make a master bed, while cuddling with someone it might be not very comfortable. Other than that TOTALLY recommended.

The bathroom impressed me the most. Everything is very well sized for one person. For a couple it's also a very good stay. It was also very quiet.

After many years visiting Germany, my wife and I decided to visit Erfurt for 2 nights en route between Berlin and friends in Giessen. The city is well worth visiting and has excellent team system. Rote Stein Apartment was an excellent choice. Very well equipped, modern and v clean plus close to tram while v quiet. Would stay again.

Floor a bit cold. Opening the lock to park the car was impossible but we finally parked elsewhere.
