Location is great, near many beaches. - Plentiful hot water. - Washing-up liquid was supplied - Roomy apartment which would have been the height of style in 2003.

Unflushable toilet with permanently running cistern that technicians can't fix despite multiple visits because it needs a replacement valve. They can bend the bar in the cistern to relieve the problem for 2 flushes but then it reverts to broken. - Serious ant problem behind the kitchen units (keep all your food in the fridge) -Mould in ensuite bathroom. - No decoration since 2003. - Road below balcony is busy and noisy 20 hours a day but you can't hear it from the bedrooms in the back - you can hear the broken cistern running all the time instead.

Everything was clean and nice including beach toys! Prompt fix of the broken flush once reported.

The flush of one WC was broken and it was hard to believe if it was just a coincidence that we were the ones to discover it and not the cleaners before us.

Amazing location and views! Very spacious, great for a family.

No keys in key box when we arrived, but staff addressed very quickly. Ants in kitchen, but otherwise very clean.

The location is excellent for those who wish to combine a city break with a beach holiday. Foz is clean with gorgeous beaches and the view from the balcony is gorgeous.

The bathrooms are horrible and need refurbished. The chair and sofa covers need replaced. The apartment needs to be redecorated and professionally cleaned after the refurbishments are completed. We paid over 1800euro for a week and the apartment was definitely not worth that sort of money.

So lovely having the sea on our doorstep and it's a great base for getting into Porto and exploring. The apartment is big and homely, perfect for 6 people sharing without being on top of eachother.

The noise of the road and local nightclub is quite loud when sat on the balcony and in the lounge but thankfully the bedrooms are set at the back of the apartment and therefore quiet.
