Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage . 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand . Im der Küche gibt es alles was man benötigt . Der Pool ist der Hammer . Es gibt tolle Restaurants fussläufig sehr lecker . Das Haus ist sehr groß Wir hatten mit 7 Personen sehr viel Platz . Die Kinder waren glücklich in dem großen Pool . Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Können wir echt empfehlen für Personen die Ruhe haben wollen und sich erholen wollen .

Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Bilder sind nicht aktuell vom inneren der Villa, es roch in der Villa sehr modrig , wer keine Scheu von ungeziefer hat kann hier übernachten , ohne Auto keine Möglichkeit wegzukommen

We booked due to a last minute due to our flight being cancelled! they was very accommodating the private pool was a hit with the children and kept them happy! would highly recommend!

The house is very nice, in fact, is a part of a houses complex! The owner is kind, and he answered very quick to all our requests. All is very nice inside, very well equiped and very spacious rooms! The courtyard is Ok, with grass and flowers and Citrus trees, the pool is fine and very clean! You can Find Netflix on TV! Internet Wi-Fi runs very good for all floors!

The placement is very far from the city, and near the house you can see from the balconies a swamp and that is not very well! Inside you can feel a bed smell from the plumbing ! The bed from the third floor is squeaking at every moving! Is neccesary to change it!

The owner who met us was very welcoming & pleasant. The place is lovely, clean & decorated well & the size was perfect as stated in discription by owner. It provide everything you need. We arrived last week of October & the weather was still lovely. Just perfect. The area is very quiet & safe. Everything in discription is correct. Air cold & hot air Conditioner in every room. I recommend you get a taxi as the buses are not regular. There is a button you press which is 30 sec from property & the taxi will arrive in less than 5min. The closest place to book excursion is Calis beach (pronounce Chalis).

The location is isolated so there is only one small corner shop which is a 15min walk. To get to central Fethiya you are better off getting a taxi & journey will take about 25min & cost about 60TL.
