Eine historische Cape-Stil Haus in zentraler Lage, am Fuße des Pilgrim Monument nur 1 Block von der zentralen Pier. Es gibt 4 geräumige Zimmer, alle mit bequemen Bettwäsche ausgestattet und Kissen. Neu renovierte Küche verfügt über Granit, neue cablnets, Geschirrspüler und großen Esstisch für bis zu 10 Plätzen. Das Hotel liegt an einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, nur wenige Schritte weg von Bradford Street im Zentrum der Stadt. Erster Stock Bad mit einer neuen Wanne / Dusche Combo, Fliesenböden und neue Armaturen vor kurzem renoviert. Zweiter Stock Bad, auch neu renoviert bietet eine Dusche und neue Armaturen. Entspannen Sie im geräumigen Wohnzimmer, das mit einem Kabel-TV, WLAN-Internetzugang, DVD-Player, CD-Player und einen großen Sitz abgeschlossen ist. Es ist ein Backstein Terrasse für Unterhaltung und Entspannung komplett mit einem Gas-Grill und Gartenmöbel. Aus der zweiten Etage den gibt es eine neue Plattform mit Geländer, das im Jahr 2012 gebaut wurde, gibt es Parkplätze für 2 Autos (Tandem) in der privaten Einfahrt des Hauses. Private Waschküche und Klimaanlage dieses eine vervollständigen. Erhältlich von der Woche im Juli und August und Wochenenden Saison. Sorry, Haustiere sind nicht willkommen. Rauchen im Haus.

Our hosts were extremely gracious, helpful and ready to accommodate. Their home was absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed PLUS! Location was perfect and the 6 of us had a great stay! This is our second year staying here and we couldn't be happier. The house is absolutely delightful and perfectly situated between the east and west ends of town, but just back enough from the bustle of Commercial to enjoy the quiet beauty of Provincetown. As was the case last year, there was consistent, clear and exceptionally warm communication with little touches that made our stay extra special. We're so grateful to you both for being a part of our Ptown tradition. Thank you for everything!

My group of friends has stayed in various houses in Ptown and this was our favorite. Fantastic location in the middle of everything but quiet and just off Bradford St. The roofdeck put it over the top for us, as well as the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hosts. We will be back!

Patrick and William were wonderful to deal with! They texted me leading up to our trip and even called a few days before to make sure we were all set for checking in. We look forward to staying at their home again! The location was excellent and made all the difference. The house had everything we needed for our stay and then some. We could not be happier and only wish we could’ve stayed another week!!! ;-)

Patrick was an amazing host, and the property was beautiful and centrally located!
It was our first time in PTown, so soon after booking the property Patrick called to give us an overview of all the best things to do in Provincetown, and followed up with a text full of event and restaurant recommendations.
He also called the day before the reservation to ensure we had received the access information from VRBO, and reached out to VRBO on our behalf to ensure we received it.
The home itself was beautiful. We loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, using the BBQ, and hanging out on the upstairs deck, and if you plan to go to Atlantic House or other bars you couldn’t find a better location!
We’d love to stay here again, next time we’re in PTown.

What a wonderful house! Location was perfect! A quick easy walk to Commercial St. But, also, removed enough to be quiet and secluded. Was very comfortable for me, my partner and 4 friends! Spend most of our time on the quaint deck upstairs looking at the stars and the Pilgrim Monument view! Patrick was an amazing host!! Reaching out with restaurant recommendations and always available by text for any questions we had! Meeting him and his partner at check-out was a highlight of the trip! Definitely looking forward to staying again!

Was our second year at 9 Alden (booked a full week this time) and once again it was a great experience. Fit 7 people comfortably and used the roof deck each day. The central location helped as we navigated both the east and west ends of Commercial Street. And Patrick was a great ambassador as usual.

What a lovely house to stay in! The location was perfect - easy walk to ferry, commercial street, tea, bars/clubs - and Patrick was a fantastic host. The house had everything we needed, comfy beds, easy check-in and lots of wonderful details for check-in. We especially appreciated the local recommendations as we returned to Provincetown, with many of our group first-timers. Great house, highly recommend - we hope to be back in the future!

We had a great stay here. It's perfectly-located a short walk from the center of town, so getting to/from everything is incredibly convenient. Patrick was also really helpful in the check in/out process, and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfectly located near Commercial Street and everything downtown in P-Town, but tucked away enough to be quiet refuge from all the action; very comfortable for our group of six's four-night stay. Patrick was also a communicative and gracious host for this listing, which is exactly as listed. Definitely recommend!

This house is in the perfect location; walking distance to everything! The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space and comfort for all 7 of us. From the beginning Patrick was extremely kind, knowledgeable, friendly and warm. He offered me the opportunity to visit the property before my stay as I was in town at the time. The property was spotless when we arrived. The check in process was easy with no issues. The location is absolutely phenomenal. Everywhere you'd want to go is minutes away whether you walk, run, bike, etc. My friends and I created so many unforgettable memories within this cozy property. We cannot wait to return.
