Localização excelente. Próximo a vários pontos de interesse em Miami Beach. Quarto limpo, e com utensílios de cozinha satisfatórios. Voltaria sem problemas.

Não existe um funcionário na portaria para ajudar em caso de necessidade. O quarto é pequeno e apertado, mas não chega a ser um problema, pois é só pra dormir mesmo.

positive aspects: ELIANA (the lady who takes care of cleaning the rooms), really very kind and helpful! The position; really close to all the major places of interest and very close to Lincoln Road (nightlife area!)

Upon our arrival the room had a very strong musty smell, having arrived after 7pm there was no one at reception! (problem solved the next day by Eliana with a room perfume!) - Mold on the bathroom wall! - no type of soundproofing between the rooms, one night we couldn't rest peacefully because the room next door had music playing at full volume! We were not given the opportunity to leave our luggage (2 hand bags) anywhere, the only option was the Lobby, where anyone could have access to it, without any security! NEVER saw anyone in the "reception" during the entire stay, neither in the morning nor in the afternoon! it was possible to write to a WhatsApp number... hoping for a response, I'm still waiting for a response on the checkout time, from the previous day! The bed, although it was almost comfortable, we discovered was broken in the central part! Important; it is sold as an "apartment", instead it is a VERY SMALL room with bathroom and sink! For the price paid: the service offered is A SHAME !!!

The location was perfect within walking distance of everything.

The room had bugs, roaches to be exact I told the manager and staff numerous of time’s nothing was done!

The humidity smell which never stop, the floor absolutely disgusting, almost nothing to really cook even with a kitchen, the cleaning ladies who enter every morning at 11am to give new towels without having something to put on the door like do not disturb. Also I think the AC should be checked because we had both issues with our throats like coughing all the time inside which appears when we got there and disappeared when we came back home maybe a lot of dirt inside I don’t know. A lot of strange people were also in this building

- There was no one in the front desk, we came at different times and there was absolutely no one at any point. - No staff nor security. We wanted to ask for toilet paper because we only had 1 roll for 4 days. We needed up buying some at cvs. - Mosquitos were found in the room, cockroaches and ants - when we first walk into the room there was a smell that I can’t describe, it was like a public bathroom smell? I don’t know but it stink.

The property was perfect. Great location, walking distance to several coffee shops, bakery’s, restaurants and markets. The beach is about a 15 minute walk.

Everything was great.

The best part about this place is the value and ability to come and go as you please.

The propriety did not have electricity for the majority of the day (and did not alert me to this) and I was unable to work due to lack of wifi (there was also no air conditioning). Furthermore, my room code stopped working in the middle of the night and I was locked out while raining.

where do I start. Karla on the front desk should not work in hospitality she is so rude. walls are paper thin, dirty towels, dirty floors, dirty bedding.
