Super warm in the room, no way to turn the heat down (or it just didn't work)

Dogs welcome, plenty of free parking. Breakfast not bad

Automatic check-in. No staff around except unfriendly breakfast person.

The gentleman at the front desk on arrival was incredibly helpful and friendly. He couldn’t have done anymore to help us when we arrived tired and hungry. First class service - thank you so much we really appreciated it.

Nothing - it is a perfect overnight stay, super clean, tidy and the greeting and help on arrival was better than some we have had at a 5 star hotel.

well sign posted & en route to/from Dieppe. restaurant nearby. Booked at fairly short notice & got rooms we wanted. Lots of Covid safety measures in place

Restaurant nearby had restricted opening hours, so just about got a meal.

* Very good and quiet location. Easily accessible with spacious parking area. * Very good comfy beds. I thought for two star hotel they were excellent. * Friendly staff.

* Room was smelly because of old carpeting. * The windows in the hotel are not adjustable. It was impossible to fix/lock the window in the desired open position.

It’s basic but clean, accessible, has a good shower and is good value for money.

I couldn’t sleep in the bed, it was just too hard for me. I spent the whole night twisting and turning. If firm beds are your thing, then you’ll be fine here, but not me.

Very weak WIFI

I have stayed here previosuly and everything was great so a return visit

never saw any members of staff room was located on top floor and kept awake all night by the extractor fan in bathroom had no sleep and in the end I missed my alarm and my eurotunnel resulting in a nightmare journey
