Property location is very very good. Easy access of Metro, Airport & all Foshan & Guangzhou. Bus & Metro station is only 50 Meters far from Apartment Hotel. Walmart & malls is about 100-150 meter by walk.

Buffet breakfast was not available & not included Breakfast in room.

Location is very good, near the metro station. It was very easy to go anywhere.

Matress is not comfortable enough, too much hard. Can't sleep very well.

Right at the metro. Starbucks and western grocery store options nearby. Brought kitchen stuff so I could make meals in the apartment if I chose to. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned well each day.

Bed is hard, not unsleepable hard but not comfortable. No where to sit except a wooden desk chair if you didn’t want to be on the bed. Outdoor pool had swimming lessons until 230 so you couldn’t use it for most of the day. On the day I tried to use it, it was still swarming with children. They don’t have the ability to register your details with the police on site. This meant I had to give my passport for them to take to the police station. Process lasted a couple hours, but I didn’t like my passport being gone for those couple hours.

I stayed here a few times and the check in process in generally pretty slick. The room is well presented and tidy

Peak hours can result in very full lifts and a delay with getting downstairs

I’ve stayed here a few times and this time the kitchen in the room didn’t looked as it it has been cleaned as thorough as previous stays

The location is maybe the best thing and best-selling point in this whole hotel. The room build is also very nice, rooms are just right sized and clean. The housekeeping was very diligent and helpful. Also, front desk staff, even there were moments they were slammed with work, they managed to find time to talk to each one of us and help us with our queries, Chinese-English translations, directions, food and restaurant advices and tips.

The AC was not working before we entered the room, and it was very hot. It would probably cool down fast enough, if the (split-system) AC was not pretty bad maintained, and full of dust. Additional grill was in front which hindered the air flow. So the biggest minus is for the AC. The second minus is for the lack of sufficient amount of glassware and utensiles (and plates) in the room considering that these are the serviced apartments. There is no food room-service. I have not tried the breakfast buffet, but we heard mixed impressions about the breakfast choice and variety.
