Not a fan of the breakfast but the dinner was superb!!
They arranged everything for us and told us the rates before hand via whatsapp, so we even got a hot air balloon ride, camel sunset ride, desert tour on the truck, and a niiiice upgrade to the dome room!
There was an air-conditioner in the room, teasing you. during the day it's so hot cuz the room has no open-able windows but there is no power so you can't turn it on! At night it's cold so you don't need to use it 😂😂 this is not a complaint, just an observation

Great location, nice communal space and very helpful staff.
There are no real food options at lunchtime and no shop even to get snacks. Best to bring food with you, especially with kids! AC is also only available at night so can get very hot in summer months.

Loved everything! A big thank you to Khaled our driver, to Abdullah the host/manager and Fahd for all their hard work, professionalism, friendliness, kindness and generosity. I was fasting and they ensured I had food to open my fast outside of the normal breakfast hours. Abdullah kindly upgraded our room for us and in general is a funny man who likes to make people laugh which we really found refreshing. The camp is in the desert so its hard work under the constant sun but these guys and all the others put on a beautiful smile and make it work. The food was lovely - a wide selection of chicken, lamb, salads, bread, fruit and arabic sweets. The rooms are warm and cool as required since there is an AC/ heater. There is WiFi, not in the rooms but in the main 'reception' area. In terms of activities, you can do a jeep tour which takes you around the desert, you can take a camel ride to watch the sunrise or you can do a hot air balloon which is usually 140jod. At night, you can watch the stars from the extra large window in your room (just switch off the lights and the stars will light the way). Its truly magical. Overall, the dreem camp is a peaceful place to come and relax especially in the evening by the fire with a tea and shisha.
I will definitely come back to visit if I come to Jordan.
To be honest, there wasn't anything to dislike.

The stay at Wadi Rum Dream Camp was probably the highlight of our Jordan trip! We were really well looked after and were also delighted to have a room upgrade to one with a private bathroom as well as an amazing desert view! (Would really recommend everyone to book a "tent" with a view) !!!
Watching camels walk outside your window is a pretty cool sight! :).
The food was nice, our jeep tours very very good as well as the 1 hour camel ride. (Will never forget).
There is nothing to say here, we really liked everything with this place.

It’s an absolute stunning place! It feels surreal to be there!
Everything was perfect from the moment I booked the room. The host was regularly in touch and we got picked up from the visitor centre and driven to the camp in time for the sunset. At the camp we were welcomed by super friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and warm at night. Fitted with AC. The view from the huge windows is mesmerising.
We rode camels to see the sunrise- I recommend everyone an early morning in the desert - the lightning is spectacular and out of this world.
The highlight of our stay was a 4 hour jeep tour with Fahad. He was such a fun and friendly guide. Very kind and helpful he went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. We liked it so much that we changed our plans in order to come back for another night in the desert.

Our trip to the Dream Camp was nothing but exceptional. The dream camp team were terrific and extremely welcoming. We stayed in the dome room and it was more than we expected and the beds are very comfy. The camp itself is big and you have many different areas to relax. The food was great and plenty. I would highly recommend the 4X4 6 hour tour. We went in low season so we felt like we had the whole desert to ourselves. I would highly recommend.
Nothing we didn't like

Prior to our stay the camp staff communicated well with us to ensure our arrival and check in was as easy as possible. On arrival Abdullah met us at the visitors centre, as arranged, and drove us to the camp to start our amazing experience at Dream camp. We were shown around the camp on arrival, upgraded and also assisted in arranging a 4x4 tour around the Wadi Rum for the following morning. Dinner was fantastic, we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience of a Bedouin Zarb. The facilities were perfect, a great mix of comfortable rooms with a great view and spacious and inviting common areas with endless hot tea available (and wifi). The camp staff were always available and extremely helpful and made everyone feel at home. All in all, it was a great experience and a place we would highly recommend staying at when visiting and exploring the Wadi Rum.
Honestly, we really struggled to find suggestions for improvement. Due to the location of the camp, we were informed that there was hot water for 4 hours per day from 6pm, but we couldn't fault it and actually found the showers better than most hotels we stayed in across Jordon. We would highlight that you need to buy drinks at dinner (incl water) so bring you own if you think that you will get through a lot whilst in the wadi rum. Slight improvement could be the ability to use the air con unit first thing in the morning to warm up the room in the winter months. However this didn't really bother us as the blankets provided are great at keeping warm at night.

The camp was beautiful. It wasn’t too close to other camps so still felt isolated. So many amazing touches that made it extra; candles in the evening, tea always on the fire, music, friendly staff.
Abdullah was so welcoming and friendly. He made us feel at ease, helped to organise a jeep tour and was always checking if we were ok.
The jeep tour was gorgeous. Niall, our driver was knowledgeable, fun and friendly.
The included breakfast was generous. We paid extra for dinner and it was well worth it. Delicious, plenty of food and a great atmosphere.
