Fabulous! Loretta and her husband are extremely welcoming and can’t do enough for you. A beautiful property and very comfortable facilities. I slept like a log!

The view of the mountains was incredible. The breakfast was fabulous - eggs to order, homemade jam, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, home-baked cakes, and the ever-present espresso. Loretta, our host, was warm & welcoming.

We stayed just for the night but the location was perfect for us: 10-15 minutes from motorway, in a quiet place at the foot of the mountains. Great restaurant nearby, too.

Very nice house and room, quiet and calm. Very cordial host family. We felt very comfortable and will return to Mamma Lo B&B when we are again in this region.

We stayed 5 nights. The B&B was in a quiet and great location (views of the mountains) close to Tolmezzo which, was what we needed. Loretta was extremely attentive to details and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. She gave us names of towns to visits, etc. She cooked a cake every day which were extremely delicious: she is a super host and the family is extremely nice. We really felt like at home. If we come back, we definitely know where to stay: Mamma Lo!

Great B&B with an amazing breakfast (fresh cake) and a very nice and helpful host, who had a lot of information for hiking and biking routes for us. Very nice room and a great relaxing zone in the garden. We will come again :)

Very welcoming and open family. I didn’t even make it to the door before the hostess came out to greet my wife and I. They even let me put my motorcycle overnight in their garage because of rain. Supper accommodating and very generous. Even had homemade apple strudel for breakfast. It was AMAZING! Thank you Loretta for a great stay. We will definitely be back.
