Cheri was very easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and the property was right on the canal. Good fishing off the docks and a very friendly egret. The pool was very clean as well.

It was nice to relax old Florida style. The house had everything we needed and the fishing of the docks was entertaining. A bait shop is very close and the dogs wore themselves out running around the property. It was such a relaxing stay.

What a find!!! Secluded oasis with so many amenities. We enjoyed your pool, grill and beautiful sunset views. Having so many restaurants and pubs so close made our evenings perfect. With the Manatees at Weeki Wachee just a few miles down the road, we kayaking in the beautiful waters there several times. We will be back. Enjoyed every moment. Thank you !

Everything was perfect, the dogs loved it too. Having the dock, a pool, and a fenced in yard was amazing. Restaurants and boat ramp were right up the road. We are blessed to have found such a wonderful place. Thank you!

Great property with awesome access to gulf!

The house was clean and well stocked. The pool and property was also clean. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and observation deck. The fishing poles were unusable, so we bought new ones. The pool floats were all broken, so we bought new ones. There was no paddle boat which was very disappointing as my kids were really looking forward to that. It was damaged in a storm, but was not replaced during our stay. All the lawn chairs by the pool were very worn, some broken. The cushions for the outdoor furniture were never brought inside so they were soaked from the rain when we arrived. A small folding table and chairs would be nice for the pool area and the observation deck. We spent a lot of time inside, as there were no comfortable places to sit and hang out by the pool. Overall the house and property was nice and the location was great. A little extra attention to the small included amenties would go a long way.

We loved our vacation! Home had everything we needed. It was so relaxing watching all the wild life and the sunset from the pier. Cheri was the best host, she answered all of our questions and helped with anything we needed during our trip.

If you're looking for bells & whistles keep looking but if you're like me read on! The property is basic but it's right on the canal from the Gulf, has a private pool & literally anything you could need! The owner preoccupied provided everything from bandaids to steel wool. For a private vrbo house, this is above & beyond. We saw wild dolphins right from the deck!! The local people treat you like locals & are super friendly. Everything is close & right at your fingertips. We had a total blast & highly recommend this property & the area in general!!

Great restaurants in area. House very clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing with temps close to 90. Many parks and beaches in the area.

This place was amazing - so much to do that you will want to come back- we are already booked for next year! The home is decorated beautifully and stocked with all your essentials! We enjoyed the private pool, kayaking, paddle boat, fishing, biking, walking, Weeki Watchee Springs (we went there 3 times), beautiful Pine Island Beach, AND so many super close restaurants/bars to try with live music daily ! You have to try this place - you won’t be disappointed!

Great views, close to restaurants, nature parks, nice quiet neighborhood. Home has bikes, kayaks, paddle boat, pool. House has everything you need and Cheri was always available if needed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious home and yard. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Plenty of towels and fun! Laundry room was a huge benefit! Kayaking was amazing!

This is our 5 year in the Hudson/ Hernando Beach area and we always enjoy. This home is on a huge lot with a nice backyard for our dogs. They loved chasing the birds. I caught many species of fish out back. Conveniently located to restaurants and even a bait shop. The house was spacious and loved there is a tv in every room. Has everything thing you want/need in a home. The pool was very nice and the deck area has plenty of chairs to relax in!

It didn't cost a lot of money and a lot of stuff you needed was right there thank you so much.

Very clean upon arrival, check in process was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and the house had a lot more than noted. Tons of kitchen utensils and appliances. We loved the kayaks and paddle boat. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 1 week at this rental, we kayaked and fished in the canal. Were able to see stingrays. Pool and house were exactly what was stated. Close to a Walmart for all your needs. Plus restaurants, bars and beaches near by. Highly recommended. We will stay again!

This is a wonderful property if you enjoy the outdoor experience. Fishing, boating, wildlife observation is at it's best in Hernando Beach. The location of this home is awesome. The homeowner was very responsive to any issues we had and I feel they go the extra steps to make guests feel comfortable. We had a great trip!

Location was great for everything, property was just as pictured Kayaking was really nice. Saw dolphins…… Pool was beautiful & very clean. Ty Cheri.

This was our first time to the area. The houses and area were great. Truly enjoyed our time.

Beautiful canal with kayaks to use. Can kayak out to Gulf of Mexico or stay in canals and explore. Fire pit with nice seating area. Pool unheard and weather not conducive to swimming. Pool was Cleaned every week. Yard mowed. Kitchen has setting for eight in dishes, bowls, glasses and silverware. Keurig available but I brought my own coffee pot. Washer and dryer worked well. Dishwasher also. Owner was very attentive to any problem I had and problem was fixed. Had issue with tiny ants but found ant killer and didn’t see them after 24 hours. Bugs were not an problem as company came and sprayed. Dog stayed inside until dry and no threat to her. Neighbors next door and down the street very friendly. Met several new people.

This property was clean and neat. Wide open concept living room/dining room. Very close to the Gulf and beautiful sunsets nightly. We even saw a dolphin! All essentials you would need. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at many Vrbo's. Cheri had everything you could possible need. It was graduation for my grandaughter. They loved having the paddle boat and kayaks to use. There was even a dog life jacket. This was a perfect place on the gulf. With the pool and two docks for fishing. We saw dolphins and sea turtles. Our dogs lived the large fenced in yard. This is a perfect place if you have a boat or want to relax in the pool or do some fishing. Cheri was awesome and available for any questions. Will love to go back next year. Thanks Cheri

Everything was very nice and well stocked for convenience. The owner was extremely accommodating and communicated very well without delay. Great place to get away and do some boating or relaxing in the pool. Highly recommend this rental.
